After her encounter with Blake her couldn't stop holding her bright red face she was in the bathroom wondering if she was this red the wholesale time? You'd thing she'd be used to bein red but not when her ginger skin flushed so hard she began to feel floaty. She had forgotten when she blushed red she Blushed Hard! It wouldn't be more obvious if she was a bright red spot light! With a sink full of water before her she splashed her own face for the third time. And told her mirror self to stop thinking about it. It makes her brain all mushy. To talk to Preston she needed a straight head.

After another 10 or maybe 20 minutes she'd consider herself ready. Possibly calmed down enough to have a decent and less yappy and gushy conversation.

She wasn't sure where he might be but she knew she would hardly be recognized in the state she's in now. She'd needed not to approach with a lot of familiarity beforehand.

Preston was in the library his head buried in a book!

Which was her first guess upon entering the place and seeing the back of his head their was no mistaking it. However it seemed the stack by him was quite bigger than she'd expected. Perhaps he was already researching something on his own.

She'd approach to the side and speak just a bit to get his attention.

"Excuse me."

He'd lift his head at the intrusion, adjusting his glasses before his eyes fell on the red-headed stranger. A new student perhaps?

"Yes?"

His tone lacked the bite of hostility, but there was an abruptness to it that had undertones of the simple fact that she was interrupting him.

[Onides Une]

She'd thought so, of course he was involved in his research. She kind of felt bad but she pushed passed that for the moment.

"Preston, I'm Oni. With the horns and you'd bested me at games on a number of occasions." she put her hands to her chest motioning to herself. "Onides Une..? I'm on a mission and I need a little help." she only hoped he'd believe her.

"Oh."

His face softened with recognition.

"You've changed your look." He'd remark, peering at her through his glasses. "Qi suppression I assume? Or have you found a glamour?"

[Onides Une]

She twisted her lips and looked too he corner of her eye lid with a raised brow. "Might be Qi suppression..." or Qi removal? But she'd not be sure. "Either way I am about as normal as a normie. Seems like I can't access my Qi at all." she looked back at him and shrugged.

[Preston Salabim]

"I see."

He'd motion for her to take a seat.

"How do you feel about that?"

He assumed this is what she wanted to talk to him about.

She'd take a seat and him asking would put a grin on her face. Like a girl who can usually hardly contain herself she'd answer him. "Rather exciting I'll admit..." she tried to contain herself. "So far some good things have come of it comparatively speaking to the negative in cases like I've slammed my face into a couple of doors. But I realized I made a bigger deal of small and inconsequential things. It is a new outlook to say the least."

[Preston Salabim]

"That's a very healthy way to look at it. A lot of people I think would be devastated. And not just from some bruises. How did this come to be?"

[Onides Une]

She paused a moment and slowed her words. "I... Cant really... talk about that..." more like doesnt want to do so. "It is apart of my mission and I wanted to ask you about a certain place, I want Explore it, find something."


"I can tell you more just... Maybe off grounds?"

[Preston Salabim]

"I see."

He'd take off his glasses and rub the lenses to clean them before putting them back on.

"And would the specific land be a secret as well?"

He'd give her a sidelong glance before shutting his book.

"I leave that up to you and what you feel comfortable sharing." 

[Onides Une]

"The place might be secret as well, I am not sure who all would be involved so I want my own game pieces on higher ground." she touched her finger to her lips and grinned.

With the closing of his book she'd feel that meant he agreed. "Great!" she stood from her seat in excitement. "Do you have a place in mind that would be good too talk?"

[Preston Salabim]

"Not here. But if you are concerned about someone overhearing or danger, I'd suggest somewhere public where an attack would be tricky."

He'd pull in the mana from around them before pointing his hand at her to put a small ball of water moving around her. Just in case.

"At rek Arel".

With the shield in place he'd stand up.

"And that will protect you in case we get jumped."

Since it was a big secret and she was worried about saying anything on campus grounds, or around anyone but him it seemed. He thought it best to assume the worst.

"Alright." she appreciated the extra measures but she wasnt sure if they were nessisary. "Better safe than sorry I guess." she'd head her way off grounds.
