Family Troubles and Turmoil

[Leon]

Leon sat in his guest chair looking at the coffin propped up against the wall, Qi chain bindings and some 260 trap and stasis spells. He was pretty lost in thought, not to mention a bit tired from replacing his door.... Again.

[Mathew Amtrum]

Mathew gave the door a single knock before barging in.

"I'm healed from our night out, and I'll be leavi-" His words cut out as he eyed the coffin.

"Seriously, the hell is up with that thing?"

[Leon]

Leon turned to Mathew as he barged in smiling and nodding as he talked about being healed up and leaving, only to bring attention to the coffin.

"It was the easiest way to hold Spike until I came up with what to do with him."

He'd sigh leaning back in the chair slouching down and resting his head against the back of the chair.

"Where are you headed?"

[Mathew Amtrum]

"God territory to grab my Ares armor and to tell Loki's Mother how he died and where he is. Then to Lightning Territory. One of Evelyn's teleport shards are there from what I can gather."

From there, who knows.

He'd lean against the door frame and frown at Leon.

"So what are you going to do with him?"

[Leon]

Leon would get up from his guest chair and wander to his desk to pull out a small box.

"If I release Spike he has to return to his job with the Sudeki Clan. If I release him he will fight me to try and defeat me for his freedom... I think I will go to the clan and petition a task to free him from his mistakes. Force it with Reisui if I have to."

He would carry the box over to Mathew and hand it to him.

"Recently, I went on a mission for David to one of his Blaze Tech facilities. He wanted me to retrieve that. After destroying the facility and bringing back a combat robot for Lightning Territory I came back here with that. Got distracted by issues with my son. I apologize, but apparently for whatever reason Evelyn's soul is in that crystal. Blaze had it."

[Mathew Amtrum]

Mathew frowned at the box, his jaw tightening as he took the stone and hearing that Blaze had it. Who knows why, or how he was involved in it. There were a lot of questions that he needed answers too. He'd figure it out on his walk though. Probably, it was easier to look at someone else's problems for the time being.

"Then don't free him. I'll kidnap him, or kill him."

Though he'd use finger quotes when he suggested killing him.

[Leon]

Leon would go back to sit down and turned to Mathew with slightly furrowed brows.

"Like what? It's hard to hide from these eyes."

He'd comment about the Sudeki's ability to track people.

[Mathew Amtrum]

"Figure out a way to change his Qi signature, or mask it."

There were enough anomalies out there that he was confident something could do the job.

"No technique is perfect."

[Leon]

He'd think on it for a few moments.

"There may be a way to change his Qi signature significantly enough it would trick trackers... He would have to learn his original Qi that he has ignored for all these years and stop using the Seikatsugan so much."

[Mathew Amtrum]

"Sounds like a solution."

[Leon]

"The only reason they haven't found him yet is because of the coffin. He'd need to leave Cabal and I couldn't harbor him in Lightning territory. He'd also need to know the plan."

Leon thought.

"You know any boondocks territories he can train at?"

[Mathew Amtrum]

"244 and the Knights of the Round might be willing to take him in."

[Leon]

Leon would nod folding his arms in thought. That was a good suggestion, now the problem would be getting Spike there with the instructions.

"Anyone you would trust to take the mission?"

[Mathew Amtrum]

"Krane. or Summers and Rhona. The would-be Apollo."

[Leon]

"Gods to talk with Ex-Gods... I'll take it into consideration."

He'd frown and move to the coffin to stare at a little bit more.

"What do you want to do about David?"
