But it's ruined by Lann's Rain. WHY DOES HE MESS HER SHIT UP ALL THE TIME?!
She grabs Lann by the collar of his shirt to drag him back.

With the wet soppy ground they can now hear and feel the vibrations and sounds of other things, and they scream by vibrating their tongues so quickly it causing an intense tuning fork sound! -10 perception!

Cael would undo his armbands, the bracers dropping to the ground with a thud as his body glowed with power before rushing after the nearest one to punch it into the second nearest one!

And for once she doesn't solely rely on Cael to defend them...trying to push Lann to grow some balls as she dumps an attack potion on him. Then grabs his hand and makes him high-five her.

Lann looks horrified that Faye is dumping a potion on him.
"Ah!"
Then forces him to high five.
"Ah!!"
Then, with wide eyes and a desire to not leave Cael on his own, much as Faye had just pointed out, Lann gets up and goes to give one of the creatures a leaping knee to the chest!
"AHHHHHHHH!"

Cael's punch rockets the beast into the nearest other, bones and flesh ripping and breaking at the extensive impact hurtling the creatures further to slam into a wall. Lann's knee caves in the creature's chest causing it to exhale extensively most of its bile, and tongue, possibly some internal organs out its snout onto Lann as it falls to the ground. Cael has a two tongue striking for him, one from the front the other from behind! (75 DMG)
Lann has a tongue going to wrap around his neck! (Speed and strength of tongue 75)
Faye has a creature aiming to swipe one of it's large claws right for her head! (90 dmg)

Cael would extend his arms letting the tongues wrap around them before quickly bringing them together to try and pull both beasts inward to smash into each other!

Oh. When did that one get close? She got distracted. She's too lazy to even try to dodge so she drinks her shield potion and just lets the thing hit her.
While the damage is barely noticeable, she still drops to the ground, rolling onto her back so she can use her dragon pulse.

Cael comically smashes two of them together as they make sickening wet thudding sounds.
Faye's Dragon Pulse pushes the creature back and it falls down, but isn't really damaged much.
Lann stomps a tongue until it let's go!
The creatures begin to swarm the three of them, rushing to grab them from all sides! While others have bud digging oddly around the cavern.

Cael tightens his grip on the tongues of the monsters he has as he starts to spin around as fast as he can to use them as flails at the monsters digging at the walls!

Lann jumps and spins in place, swinging his legs out like a helicopter in order to attempt to strike any monsters heading towards him!
He's semi-relying on the rain he's making to mess with the ones digging out away from them.

Faye doesn't need to be told twice and she basically lays down so she won't be caught in the tongue helicopter. Or even a Lann one, for the matter.
If there's a spot more concentrated with Qi beasts, she chucks her explosive potion at them. If not she'll hit the ones that's closest and hope to get a few other close ones, too.

Lann's windmill of Qi Beasts knocks a few into the wall, obviously hurt. Lann kicks another two beasts, and Faye tosses her explosive potion at the last bunch, which rocks the tunnel.
For a few moments everything was silent, before, wet, soggy clump of sand hits Lann in the head and runs down his face like drool.
