Slinging the bag around her shoulder, she walked towards the door and arched a brow at Carlos, who just asked if he could treat her out to lunch.
"No."
Kinda...straight forward and..blunt? Why'd she say no? He's good looking (well, Mitsuki probably thinks he's just plain weird, with his purple hair that's flying in all directions), he has manners, and he's older than her. Er...no. She didn't see the point in having lunch with him; honestly, it seemed like a waste of money and time for her. Then something else crossed her mind...
She could get some answers...
"If you are willing to answer some of the questions I have about five-five-two, then I'm willing."

Chrynos arched a brow back at her as she rejected to offer. Well, that was blunt, but hey, Chrynos found himelf used to it already. He let out a single chuckle. Well, that didn't go as well as he hoped. Giving her a small smile, he let out a soft sigh, lowering his head a bit. And then, she spoke once more, this time saying yes, but in a different way. Something told Chrynos that this lunch was going to be more formal that he thought it would be.
Chrynos looked at her for a moment. Well, it couldn't hurt giving her a few answers, now could it. All he was going to lose was a couple of bucks, and time that would otherwise be spent worthlessly. And maybe he could get some answers of his own too. Chrynos nodded his head, the smile coming back to his face. Stepping aside to let her take the lead, he asked a simple question.
"So, where do you want to head for lunch?"

"I don't care."
And really? She didn't. She didn't exactly plan on eating much anyway, just that she wanted to get a few questions cleared. You could tell that Mitsuki wasn't exactly the social type, especially to people of whom she just met not even ten minutes ago. Get to know her, then she'll open some trust, like she did with Dionysus and Aris. Teacher? Eh, doesn't she sort of have to trust him? Of course; not all the way, but to a certain degree. Her brother would be another person she trusts so... Thrush is her "servant", so he's alright. Not including the pillars, and family.. Four people. Wow. She doesn't have many friends, obviously.. Though, she doesn't exactly consider them all friends. Possibly just Aris and Dion. Thrush served another master as well so...
Anyway, back on topic.
...so where are they headed, again?

Chrynos let out a single chuckle, not at all surprised at the reply. He let out a soft sigh as he then turned around, his head turned to the left side so that he could see her with his only working eye. He was blind in his right eye, after all, but his left eye was enough to see everything, except the most right part of his right, if you get what I mean.
"Well, a simple cafe, then."
Chrynos spoke as he took a single step forward, his head still turned and waiting for her to follow. You could say that Chrynos was rather eager about this. No, not because of Mitsu-... Not entirely because of Mitsuki, but because of the information that she provided. There was something about 259 that made it stand out from the other schools in the state and the neighbouring state, just like 552 was. Only, 552 was much more notorious.
"If you don't mind."

"No, of course not."
She would fall in step beside him. She knew of mostly all the cafes in the area, simply because she meets acquaintances there. Formal meetings you could say, at a casual cafe. Besides, if most of them were her age, she'd assume that they'd be more relieved than surprised that a meeting would be held at a cafe. No one liked fancy restaurants, especially because they cost a heck load of money. Honestly, Mitsuki couldn't see why someone would pay so much for something that looked like colorful crap.
Yeah, she was thinking about that one time, where she ordered simple pasta at a restaurant, and instead got something that looked like buns. The pasta was red and green, wrapped around in circles, with a white and green looking sauce that looked plain awful with the red and green pasta. Made her sick, I tell ya.
So, obviously...
A simple cafe was suitably fine.

"Alright then, a cafe it is."
Chrynos simply said as he turned his head away from Mistuki, his eyes watching his front this time. They were not far from the school doors, maybe a half a minute or a minute walk, at most. As he walked, he started to plan the questions he would ask her in the cafe. Not only about her, but about 259 too. Despite Chrynos being here for a while now to learn its schematics, but there were still plenty of things that he did not know. In his head, he thought of what to get for himself, and for her too. After all, he did offer to treat her to lunch. There wasn't really much to eat in cafes. Just pies, cakes and sandwhiches. It seemed to be more of a snack than a lunch.
Chrynos was suddenly reminded then, of one of Chrynos' first dates with Destiny. It was at a cafe too, but it was different, somewhat. They were attacked, by Leon, Valo and a couple of other students. It had almost been hopeless, till James came in. Speaking of which, where were those three? Leon seemed to have gone inactive, Valo left New York once more to a place that Chrynos had not been told off, and James simply disappeared off the face of New York, nowhere to be found and only appearing every now and then.

Once they reached the cafe, she pulled open the door and stepped in, the bells ringing quite cheerily against the door. She found a vacant spot and sat down on the chair, expecting Carlos to sit down across from her. Nothing to say, nothing to say...
A waitress stopped by the table and asked if they wanted to order anything.
"Strawberry banana smoothie, please."
Nothing to say, nothing to say...

Chrynos followed Mitsuki into the cafe, his right hand reaching out to hold the door open as he stepped in, a smile on his face as he surveyed the room. It was as peaceful as ever. Noticing that Mitsuki had found a table for them, the graduate simply followed her as she sat herself down. Letting himself down on the chair opposite her, he leaned back on the plastic-metal seat, his right hand on the table and his left hand on his left leg as he looked at Mitsuki, trying to spot any similarities between her appearance and what used to be Destiny's appearance.
The waitress then went to their table, carrying a note book and a pen as she waited for their order. As Mitsuki gave her order, Chrynos simply gave her a nod.
"Same as hers."
Turning back to the school captain as the waitress left to tend to their order, he let out a sigh as he straightened himself on the seat. Looking at her straight, he finally managed to get himself to speak.
"So... What do you want to know about 552?"

And he would rarely find any, for Hyunie - or Destiny - was one-hundred percent Korean, where as Mitsuki was only half. Though their eyes may have been similar, if it weren't for the gray shading of her pupil; yes, Mitsuki was colorblind, though not many caught that little fact about her. If anything, it was probably Teacher who knew of this, her brother, and her parents. And Carlos, if he was observant.
She crossed her left leg over her right and leaned back against her chair, her eyes staring directly at Carlos; a habit, if you will, that she had when she spoke with others.
"..what happened at five-fifty-two that caused students to migrate here?"
It couldn't have been a coincidence that a bunch of them just happened to land in this area, right? Unless they were all planning something; a mass attack on the school? But if that were the case, what did two-fifty-nine do to interest them? Why their school? Why not PHS #260? And why one all the way out in California? As far as her knowledge went about 552, all she really knew was that it was in New York.
She probably already knew his answer to be something along the lines of, "I don't know," but...anything's possible.

"..what happened at five-fifty-two that caused students to migrate here?"
Chrynos looked at her. What happened at 552 to cause students to migrate here? Chrynos did not even know that there were other ex-552 students all the way here in California, especially those major figures like Hiroko and Karel. Chrynos looked straight back at Mitsuki, staring into her... Greyish eyes? Was she blind too? Chrynos was blind in his right eye, and the 20-year-old knew exactly how they looked like. Then again, they could be contact lenses. If not, then that led to two other possibilities. Either, she was blind, OR she was colour-blind. Either way, she was a good actor in hiding it.
"We came here without the knowledge of our schoolmates migrating here too. We came here, every single student having his or her own reason to do so."
He replied, rigt before the waitress came, giving them their strawberry banana smoothie. Taking one of the smoothies, he gave the waitress a nod of his head, before lifting it up to his mouth as he took a sip through the straw. Taking two or three sips, he put it back down, before letting out a sigh and looking at her once more.
"I came here because I seem to be able to hide easier here. For some reason, the people that are after me have yet to find me here, in California."

OOC: Not sure if you're even on anymore, but because I noticed I haven't replied yet..--;
Taking a sip of her drink, she noticed how easily he had answered her question. Only reason the five-five-two students were flocking over here was because they knew of other five-five-two students. Not that Mitsuki thought it was a bad thing, just the fact that some two-five-nine students weren't fond of transfers, especially if it's one school that is...well, quite known for being notorious.
Well, California was a big state after all. If anything, Mitsuki would assume that someone on the run would go into a smaller town but. His choice.
"...I see."
Well, if he had any questions, now was the time to ask, seeing as she found it would be best if they switched off on the questions.
