His time in Camelot was going well enough, though the changes to his Qi was still something he was contemplating. Unexplained changes were always something to be wary of, and it was because of that he'd hesitated on going to far with his until he had a better understanding. However today it was time for another test into this, the now clustered crystals that had lead him to his daughter was still in his possession and now was the time he was going to choose to consume their power and add it to his own. Bringing the fused crystals to his lips he'd bite into them, slowly chewing and swallowing. It had been a while since he'd consumed something of this nature besides mundane rocks. It was kind of nice to have a treat, even he had to admit.

The rocks are sweet in flavor to Mathew, though every now and then kind of like pennies in his mouth. Eventually he would feel the kick, similar to when he ate the rocks of the dark domain around Thanatos and Hypnos house in God Territory. There was something special about this one though, it was memories. The Beast had touched the crystal and marked them with his energy as well. He could see Mathews house from far off, but Mathew was home, the guy had been watching them. Then it flashes to the guy kneeling in front of someone. "Report." The voice speaks deep, bored, stern. "Conqueror, The Dragons are currently in a weakened state. Vulnerable each and every one." The Beast looks up and gives Mathew a view of the Man holding a 12 foot Titan Mathew would recognize as Chaos by the neck, Chaos was barely moving, slumped and limp on the ground. "And those are this lands mightiest warriors?" He asked, a little more attentive, but just as stern. "Yes, Lord Conqueror..." The man's arm holding Chaos would glow, followed by Chaos's body. Shortly after a larger flash of red light would pass through the area, and Chaos would be gone. "Hmph... Do what you must. They are not worthy in their current state." |

Mathew took some time to digest that bit of information before standing up. He needed to deal with the King it seemed. And he would start making his way to King Arthur's Castle.

He would find Arthur easily outside of his castle as it were. He was brushing a Qi Beast horse they had trained to be his mount and was heavily enjoying the action.

Mathew placed a hand over his heart and offered the King a bow.
"Your Majesty. May I have a moment of your time?"

Arthur would turn to Mathew and smile wide.
"Hello! Of course, of course. I had been meaning to stop by your temporary home with the Sudeki guy and catch up. I apologize for how long it is taking to build your home. What can I do for you?"

"We've had a few more than normal visitors roll through town, we have been extra vigilant in making sure they kept moving. Other than that, no."

"I should let you know that my presence here may be putting you and your land in danger. I have recently come into some information that I've been being followed and watched for the last few years. The attacks against my family were to be used to motivate me by someone called The Conqueror."
Blunt, but Arthur had the right to know about the danger to his people.

He let his left wrist rest on the guard to Excalibur at his hip like an arm rest as he heard out the issues Mathew brought up. After which he would shift his weight to his right leg raising his left hand to his chin to grip and think.
"So this... Conqueror is the whole reason for the Eric Cunningham persona. If his goal was to motivate you by killing your family, then what is he motivating you for? Combat? Against who? Himself? That seems idiotic for a man named Conqueror."

He'd gotten Chaos to break his protection spell. What this man could do was anyone's guess.

Arthur would fold his arms and close his eyes thinking it over.
"For the time being, I will have our Black Ops recalled from any missions going on to increase security, and monitor our borders. I will recall the Knights of the Round as well, to keep them near by for response and action. If this person deigns to challenge you, he will have a larger challenge than he can imagine."

Arthur would give a half smile at that.
"That would be most enjoyable I believe. Not just a Dragon, but two children of the order as well. I'm sure everyone would jump at the opportunity."

Even teams were obviously out of the question.
