Quarter got into his battleform and a thick shell ripped every scrap of clothing off his body and covered every inch of him like an exosskeleton. He stood open and ready while a wraspy tone came through the mask that protected his face. "Come at me!"
He spotted his sister just beyond Rai and Ramses with her along with a select few of her Blood Zells.
She would send a message to Rai. "If you beat him, Ramses will be ready to make a bargan. Truly though I fear if Quarter loses that he wont surrender quietly." At the same time she looked at her brother a pained look to her expression.

Qi: (synthetic) Exoskeletal Battle Form. Looks like a bug man. Skin hardens a thick outside, scales are razor sharp plates that unfold reveling soft flesh underneath. Increases Attack and Defence by 10 points
- Shoots scales from body and fully regenerating them 1 extra Qi use

Rai's blood would begin pumping and he charged forward! Slamming his fist right for the midsection of Quarter!

Quarter would slam Rai's attack down with a hard redirecting chop fore arm to fore arm but the attack still landed of not dead center. The man stumbled exhaling heavily. Quarter took this close proximity to spit in the Dragon's face.

Rai got acid to the left side of his face. Fuck! This shit burns But, this wouldn't be the first time Rai was down an eye in a fight (same eye too), gritting his teeth Rai continued pushing forward with another massive hit!

With the second hit Quarter felt the armor crack and splinter. He raised his arm and lifted the scales before ejecting tbe broken one and a few others in Rai's center. Finally growing new ones before charging at his foe growing bone blades from his knuckles swinging towards Rai's face.

Rai would charge through the attack taking the damage so that he could attempt to deliver another massive blow, but this time his arm would be coated with Blood!

As the scales regrew Quarter would do his best to match the speed and block his weak spots but the attack was immence. Breaking the arm he tried to block with and still it would travel to his weak point knocking him back a few steps. As the scales grew back it only internalized all the damage he took and the bleeding that would take place it was a fatal blow of it wouldn't be treated.
Quarter wasnt done yet however. He resumed in charging at Rai with his bladed knuckles. No sign of blood from the cracks of the scales but he was certainly bleeding out.

Rai smiled wickedly as the man charged at him. Rai would shift just slightly so that when the attack landed it would catch the edge of Rai's right shoulder! Rai would spin with the momentum from the hit and deliver a full powered punch directly to Quarter's spine!

It was a direct blow and the armor shattered. Along his whole back and he was sent into the crowd of his men. The shell taking a good portion of the blow still Rai would see it regrowing. Blood from open wounds and opened armor would spill on the ground from there and his mouth. His comrades would get him to his feet as he cried in pain from the movement. Once the scales would reform he liften himself and used the armor as support. He realized real quickly he wasn't walking well... At all. He couldn't bring himself to take a step.
Dime darted in between them. She saw something and decided to stop Rai from moving forward.
It was silent...
The Resistance was seeing their leader fall before them. But they knew the rules and they would not intervene.
Dime would close her eyes and connect to her brother's mind opening the path so they could communicate. A silent connection between siblings one sort of connection that no one else was apart of. They shared blood. A cracking could be heard from the armor as he remained still it was entombing him as he was dying. While he stood and would remain so she kept the connection to his mind until he closed it himself. The statue of armor would remain in place.
"He's dead." Dime said tone was flat and cold. "The battle is won."

Rai straightened up. His blood returning to the inside of his body and his wounds would begin to heal. He would walk over to Dime.
"I am sorry... I didn't mean to kill him... but it would have been disrespectful to deny him his right to fight to his last. Even still, he was your brother and for that I am deeply remorseful."
Rai would step away from her and addressed the resistance.
"Your leader fought hard, and valiantly, but in the end he lost to me. Due to our agreement you are all to join me and the Zells. Do any of disagree with this? If so speak now."

She didn't say anything but looking at him she sent a mental message to him.
"If you didn't do it, I would have done it. Maybe this means I used you to do something I could not. I am in your debt, forgive me."
The resistance members looked amongst themselves wondering what each other would do first.
Ramses would step forward. Offering his hand to Raikotsu. "With the full Support of the Scavengers let us work on a plan to RE-build a prosperous future for our reunited home."
He said it loud enough for all to hear and it made waves amongst those. Many would begin to agree and converse about it. One of the Blood Zellz would begin with a loud; "Long live the King!" and it sealed the deal as people began their chanting.

Rai gave Dime a look of understanding. Then he would take Ramses hand and shake it.
"Then, let us begin."
With that Rai would lead his new second in command and his new treasurer back to Bleeding Mansion to discuss plans for the future of 253, The Crimson Kingdom.
