Not your typical girl's room. Since Rose never owned much, it's pretty bare. She has no idea you can decorate so there's nothing to really spice the place up. She also doesn't understand her closet so her only other outfits are on the floor inside the closet. Which is wide open. Everyone can see.
She has a small stone on a desk near her bed, which is probably the nicest thing in here.
