She shifts her eyes to the side.
She already told him about her interest in history and more or less expressed an interest in anthropology...did she not make it clear enough? This would probably go better if she just kept the topic on him.
She looks back at him.

Medicine could prove interesting. If she could get her hands on different types she might actually be able to do interesting things with her alchemy.
She nods, bringing a hand to her chin in thought.
Maybe he could be of use.
She unbuttons her lab coat so it slides off her shoulder...but she's got a full blazer and button up shirt combo under so it doesn't look as sexy as she intended.
Then leans against the wall--wait no she missed it. Her hands on the window and her lean is a lot more awkward than intended.
"Medicine and back rubs? So you're some sort of doctor?"

The smile plastered to Valerian's face only widens as she misses the wall a bit, and he crosses his arms, leaning against the wall a little more casually.
"I'm not bad at being a doctor, that's for sure. But it's not my strongest suit."
He's not sure what his strongest suit is yet.
