Blake held his hand up and flexed it. Frowning at Leon being gone now, along with the gloves. Tests for sure then. Of course, it was. He'd continue onward, as always pressing forward.

As he walked through the door, he'd find himself on another platform, this time in the massive eye of a hurricane. On the table was Bailey. David stood next to her.
"Welcome, Blake."
He'd gesture at Bailey.
"She tried to heal you when you came here- this is a real piece of her soul. It's dying, and unless healed by you, she will die in the real world." He gestured at the storm. "This, meanwhile, is my power contained within this dragon ball. If it's not stopped, it will rush out of the ball and into your land, destroying your people."
He gave Blake a sad look.
"You can only heal one- the scar in her, or the scar in the land, Mr. O'leander. Choose."
David would step back, waiting.

He stepped forward. His eyes flickering to Bailey and to the storm that raged around them. Bailey was the closest person he had in his life. And he did not doubt that she tried to help him when he entered here. It is a very Bailey thing to do. Because she was sweet, and she was the future he'd always wanted for his life. Beautiful, smart, patient. And she was carrying his children, two of them. The one thing he'd wanted more than anything his whole life. To be a Father. It was the future he wanted, and he would be lying if he said that Bailey was not on his mind as a key thought through all of his trials.
But the world was bigger than the two of them. He had a duty to his people. It was just as true now that he was king and his word was law as it was when he was nothing but a warrior and a scout. People counted on him, thousands of people now. Many with their own families. Their own dreams and hopes for the future. He always knew that his own happiness was secondary to the happiness of his people. The needs of the many would always outweigh his own. It was the burden that he carried.
He'd slowly approach Bailey's unconscious body, taking her cold hand in his and leaning in to plant a small kiss on her forehead.
"I love you, Bailey. Very, very much."
He'd look to David and shake his head.
"She is one of my people too you know."
He'd he'd hoist up her unconscious body. Cradling it in his arms before turning toward the storm and walking toward it. Reaching inward to his demon and the power within. If you were ever meant to be a gift then be a gift now. You come from the land, protect it with me.
He'd walk into the storm, pouring energy and lifeforce from within both into Bailey and into the storm around him. Letting the winds batter and pull at him. He was a King, and his duty was to his people. All of them. And he refused to accept that he shouldn't even try to save them all. Even if he suffered for it.
The happiness and wellbeing of his people were more important than his own. Just as true now as it had ever been.

David didn't answer, he just watched him.
As Blake walked into the Storm, Bailey would shimmer, then turn to smoke in his hands. The wind and rain whipped at his skin, pulling at his cloth. He may try to split himself, but his own words betrayed him. She was one of his people too, so his choice was to save them.
A tornado came out of the clouds and hit Blake, pouring into his form. He'd feel energy flicker over his body, and suddenly it was gone. There was clear skies and he was on the ground, red rock and earth under his feet.
On the ground there was the body of Mathew Amtrum, torn in half. On the bench near by sat an old woman, who was looking at the body. So far, she hadn't seemed to notice Blake.

Blake frowned, not knowing what it meant when she vanished before the tornado hit him and he found himself on the ground, next to a dead Mathew and a woman. He frowned before stepping forward, not hiding his presence.
"What happened?"

"Mathew is dead. He got everything anyone would want- fame, power, family....but there he lay."
She sighed.
"I should get going but...I'm not sure I can walk without the Earth Dragons support. Care to help me? Or do you intend to bury him?"

"You do not wish to see him buried?"

"I would, but if I do, I'll be late. As his daughter, I doubt he'd want me to deal with this anyway...."

"It's your Father. Isn't it your duty to see his body is laid to peace?"
He frowned. He'd was not a fan of letting bodies rot for the scavengers. Both disrespectful and a good way to spread sickness.

"I don't know what that means."
She groaned, standing. She used a cane for support.
"My father had so much, and protected me from so little."
She looked to Blake.
"Do you have children?"

"Not yet. Two on the way."
Assuming the last test was not real and that Bailey would be fine. But he couldn't worry about that or assume the worst until he was finished here.
"I'll bury him and get you where you need to go. I'm fast."

Both of them vanished, and behind Blake would be Mathew.
"Respect and honesty- don't forget to give that to them and those you look after."
Not something Mathew would usually say.....but whatever he thought about it, Blake would start sinking into the ground. Unable to get out, he'd be dropped into a cave. It looked more like a volcano, with the sky pouring in and resting on the back of Valo, the Sky dragon. He was sweating, holding it up.
"You uh....ah.....mind taking this.....Mmmhnn...."
He wanted Blake to come and take the Sky from him.

He didn't know Mathew well enough to have an opinion on the words coming from him. But he did believe in honesty and respect. So he would sink into the ground feeling positive about that test before he was hit by the heat of the Volcano and Valo holding up the sky. He blinked at the question, unsure of how one held up the sky. He thought he had heard a myth about this once as a kid. But he didn't think it was about Valo, he wanted to say it started with an "A" but he couldn't bring the name to mind.
"I can help yes."
He'd move in to try and help Valo!

As Blake stepped in and took the weight, Valo stepped out. Blake would find the amount to be so incredible, he was forced to a knee. Valo crouched beside him.
"You have become generous, smart, and honorable. Helping others where you can, and protecting your people. Sometimes, however, carrying others' burdens traps you forever under their yoke."
The sky would push so hard against Blake, cracking the dormant volcanos crush, pushing him more and more every second.
"Someday, those burdens will simply become too much for one to bear, and may lead to the destruction of all you care about."
The sky would force Blake to collapse through the crust, falling down a large pit to land harshly on another platform, surrounded by fire and oozing lava.

Blake struggled and grunted trying to hold it up before being forced to a knee. His jaw tightening as he put all of his might into it while Valo said his piece before he was sent through the floor surrounded by fire and lava, resting on the platform, but the burden of the sky no longer on him at least. He'd pick himself up and try to assess the situation, going so far as to look up to see if the hole was still there. Though he did not expect it to be.
