"The Dragon Elders played Cabal and weakened us to a point of sudden danger. Leon hid Mathew within our military, David blew our biggest weapons trade dealer and Mathew came out of retirement while both David and Leon abandoned Cabal leaving huge power vacuums openly weakening us in the eyes of all our allies and enemies. Beyond that Raikotsu the Blood Dragon has officially claimed territory and joined Zekunft. They are enemies of the state."
Asiv explained the skinny of it. They were responsible for putting most of Cabal in danger by turning their backs on responsibility, and doing whatever they wanted even with it against the accords and laws with Mathew being in the standing army. Let alone David Blazes brother betraying them openly in combat with foreign leaders present. Asiv took all the flak and back lash as what he owed the Dragons and they have done nothing in return. Putting Cabal in a very dangerous place.
"So your loyalty is either Cabal, or the Dragons. If you chose Dragons you will be escorted to a point you are no longer in any Cabal affiliated lands and dropped off."

“And what if my loyalty is to both?”
The news of the Dragons was quite shocking to be honest. She knew where Leon was and what his duty was. As for the other three... well, that was different.

"It could not be so. They have done too much damage to us physically and politically. Allowing a Dragon back in could be another sign of weakness. Maybe with proof of loyalty, but it would be difficult. Even for you Miss Wilson I would not do this. I worked with Leon, Mathew, and David through the war and after. If that is not enough to have each other's backs, then your service to us so far is not enough faith to put in a Dragon."

Asiv would answer honestly.
"It would have to be a pretty great deed to over turn what the Dragons have done in the eyes of our dignitaries."

Stevie flinched as if his words had hit her.
“Whose to say the Water Dragon has done anything wrong? Wasn’t it the Lightning, Earth, and Storm Dragons you are upset with?”
It’s not fair to put someone through all of that for no real reason. Other than making their life hell just because you want a pat on the back. What the duck people?!
