"Actually before you go Raikotsu... There is something I'd like to speak with you about." she didn't care if Jericho stayed or went but it was a personal and kind of emotional matter... Still it had some political importance too.

"Hm." Jericho would mutter after a few moments' pause.
Jericho heard Dime's request, and telepathic communication was unnecessary with the tone of voice she used. He understood the kind of matter it was.
"I will take my leave. May my service please you Rai. I look forward to serving for and alongside you." His fist slammed just below his shoulder, directly where the bullet wound was. His fist returned to its former position, and his eyes went to the two guards that he had brought with him. They understood and followed him as he walked away from the grounds, returning to the streets as his 100% new position as Chief of Police.

Rai would return Jericho's salute and watch him leave before turning his attention to Dime. He would walk closer to her.
"What's up? Is everything well?"

She fiddled with her fingers a bit.
"I did something that some of our people might dislike, but with the intention to better their life and security." she took a deep breath before continuing. "Some time ago I sent an application and an essay to the magic territory where I believed my mother was born. I even took the time to travel there because they gave me a chance for an interview! I was quite excited, as secluded as this place is I didn't think I had this chance!"
"That was until something unforeseen happened... They told me that we were made enemies by joining Zeknuft. They asked if I would give up ties and connections with my home. Seeing as how I would be doing this to better my home... I could not accept their terms... That aside I had not thought about the idea we were made enemies of Cabal."
She scratched her head with a worried expression. She worried about this and a few other things all at once. "Making enemies so soon, will Zeknuft truly help and protect us should we recieve such backlash?"

In that moment he felt as though he just took a fist to his gut.
"E-enemies of Cabal..."
Rai would stumble back to sit down on one of the benches. They were now considered enemies of Cabal... But, why? Zekunft was supposed to be peaceful, right? So, they shouldn't have enemies... Rai was extremely hurt by this news, he still had many friends in Cabal, Hell Rai even saw Asiv as a good friend, even if he was an asshole at times... The thought that Asiv now saw him as an enemy was soul crushing.
"I... I didn't know that... If I had then maybe... I don't know."
He was getting off topic though, and Dime needed him to be there for her. Shaking his head he would look up to Dime.
"No, I'm sure Zekunft will be here to help us with anything we may need. Attacking us would be a declaration of War for any of the other ruling Territories. And after everyone has been striving so hard for peace between the Territories I'm sure nothing will happen, and if it did, Zekunft would be here to assist us."
He would get up and walk over to Dime placing a hand on her shoulder.
"Trust me, no matter what happens, even if Zekunft doesn't come to our aid, I will do everything in my power to protect us and our people."

"If we can even be a bridge between Cabal and Zeknuft or of the like maybe we can speak to the rulers and make a strong pact. It might not be a bad idea." maybe she was being to ambitious on that idea but none the less it was daunting to wonder if she was working so hard towards what might be a lost cause.

Rai nodded.
"That would be a good idea for sure, and definitely worth at least attempting."
He would rub his chin.
"Alright, I'll try to go to Cabal and speak to Asiv myself, he is an old friend, I'm sure I'll be able to reason with him. Meanwhile, I give you leave to do whatever you need and want to do. I trust you, and I know that your actions will be made for the betterment of our territory."

Rai sighed.
"Ya know, for a group I was certain that was all for peace, there seems to be a lot of ways to piss people off... Ugh, however you're right, I should go see the queen before making any further decisions first. Thank you."

He would look back at his two new shadows.
"Well, it looks like were off to see the Queen."
