"The people probably attacked because of the Dragons to begin with. They are nothing but selfish, douchey, death magnets."

"Maybe, but they risked their lives and saved a lot of others. The same can't be said for everyone."
Cael knew that people were often complicated, and he chose to believe that people can still be good people even if they had done things in their past that they might regret. He had to.
"Dragons are the strongest fighters the world had ever known. Way stronger than me." He'd say for Soni's enlightenment.

"Ohhh okay," Soni responded, strolling over to the tree Muse was perched on, and sitting at its base below and to the right of the branch her pet sat on. Her back was up against it, and her legs were criss-crossed. "So not like, rawr, fire-breathing dragons.." she clarified, picking at the grass around her.

Drake got quite frustrated at Cael's remarks.
"You truly are naive aren't you."
But that was quickly followed up with.
"To my knowledge there are only four left. And one of them isn't really a Dragon. Well, not as the world recognizes them."

"That's good," the girl would quietly reply as Drake spoke. She wasn't really sure what exactly they were talking about, aside from the fact that these were, in fact, people dragons, not rawr dragons. Thus, she would continue to fiddle with the grass and make occasional glances to her bird while the guys conversed.

Cael said with a shrug as he shifted the massive log on his back.
"I'm going to get back to my training. I hope you two have a nice day."
With a nod farewell, Cael would start running through the stream once more, letting the water add resistance to his weighted jog!

"Alright man, take it easy," she'd say as Drake took his leave.
Soni looked up at Muse. "Back to reading I suppose."
