"Thank you," she breathed a sigh of relief and smiled as she retrieved the letter from the man handing it to her, clutching it to her chest. The moment was short lived as one of hte other men pulled out a gun and started pointing it at everyone, including herself. She let out a muffled squeak and stepped back, looking for someone or something for protection until the earth beanth them began rumble. Tumbling to the ground, a bubble escaped, floating into the air as she landed on her backside, a couple more escaping as she tried to stand and brush snow off of her. What was this about coal, and why was this man so intimidating?

Santa would see the bubble and chuckle before tossing Cecilia a snow globe. It has a building in it and a crank for music.

Link would yelp and jump backwards at Santa's sudden appearance! Link had heard the tales about Santa from his parents, he even helped his parents fool his sisters into believing in Santa. But he never actually believed he was REAL!!!

With no one stepping towards him, Daniel points both guns towards Santa.
He seemed to be the most hostile of them all, at this point.

Well if that snow-globe is a bomb at least she's behind cover.
Drawing much the same conclusion as Daniel, Nova slowly removes the bandages from her wrists while she keeps her eyes on the fat man.

Preston glanced over at Roz before taking a few steps back, if things turned sour he did not want to injure potential allies. He'd leave the tough talk to the others, rather he would inspect the surroundings. The snow and the like, they were all transported somewhere, but the question was where?

Mathew stepped forward toward Santa.
"Twenty years to find your sack for a rematch? Pathetic."
He frowned.
"I don't even celebrate Christmas you dumbass."
But he had an idea of how this was gonna go down, so he'd crack his knuckles and take a slow deep breath to center himself. At least Eve wasn't here to deal with this bullshit.

Old Saint Nick would pull a small bag from his belt, which expanded many times over to be nearly the size of him.
"Who wishes to sit on Santa's lap first?"
He'd look to Mathew tho with a scowl."
"Such a naughty boy. You dont have to celebrate christmas to enjoy christmas cheer. Besides, I had to fill my sack with your gifts."
With his belly jiggling chuckle the bag would open on its own and out would pop a large object spinning at intense speeds! a Dreidel rushing right for Mathew!

Celia's eyes go wide at the chuckle as something gets tossed her way by the man in red! She fumbles it for a second, managing to save it with grace and looks at it carefully for a moment, curious as to what building is inside. Her cheeks are as red as said suit, though. Thankfully, Santa has the decency not to comment or stare. She likes him for it. "Thank you." He even gets a smile, if a shy one. It's kind of hard to tell how she should feel when getting presents by surrounded by those getting threats.
...Assuming it's not actually a bomb and Celia is in for the surprise of her life.

Roz gave a small hum as her eyes took in all the twitchy people and the fat man, shifting as her partner stepped back. The joys hidden surprises, she supposed. Like those presents that are a box in a box in a box before you find the shiny prize inside.
At least the twitchy one wasn't pointing his weapon at her anymore. Her frown shifted into something more amused.
"Depends, Santa baby. What do I get if I do take a seat?" She raised a brow.

Nova relaxes as the attention remains on the others...the angry older guy in particular. In that case she sits on the tiny house she's near and watches what happens.
