"I was speaking about you, not for you... Jericho, you have to remember now is not the time. Our ways will no longer work... They died with him." it hurt her heart to say it. "We have to prioritize the safety and security of those who are alive. Diplomacy or not..." she focused on him wondering if he understood.

[Jericho]

Jericho merely remained silent. He was not being listened to. His logic was not being headed. It was unreasonable to go on.

[Sir Galahad]

Ramses would shake his head.

"It is no longer my place to say or suggest anything. I trust that no matter what happens from your orders, good or bad, you will handle it with dignity and sincerity. For now I have my own matters to attend to. So, if you don't mind, I will excuse myself now."

With that Famses would bow again and proceed to leave, this time relying on the cane heavily for walking assistance...

[Cecelia Riddel]

This was a disaster, and Cecelia's heart was in her chest the entire time as she was met with verbal sparring or dissatisfied silence. Ramses's words were far from encouraging. Good or bad, this was her responsibility, and not a word to be said one way or another to advise her. She would need to fix that.

"Well then." She squared her shoulders and gave Dim and Jericho a nod of dismissal. "I will trust the two of you can handle this."

[Dime Price]

"You can leave it to us, Madam." She would actually hurry off after Ramses with that note. She was honestly still unsure of something...

"Ramses!" She called after him once more. With his hobble, she wouldn't see him traveling too far too fast. "I need to clear up something with you."

[Jericho]

Jericho would walk to the window and examine the funeral area. With the conclusion of the meeting, the next priority was to continue to watch over the funeral. While he did so, he reviewed the conversations that just took place, analyzing how to move forward with the information given.

[Sir Galahad]

Ramses would stop and turn to Dime, his smile still plastered on his face.

"Hmmm? Oh, young Miss Dime. What would you like to speak with me about?"

[Dime Price]

She covered her mouth after reaching him once more. She would think carefully about her words.

"I know this needs to get done..." she paused there a moment to let that sink in. "However... If we silence these people... Then what? I hardly understand what is in store for us. As far as I know we are fortunate that the Madam didn't just bring in Zekumft to deal with it and take over to completely step over his last will. I'd say your expertise and charm was one to have saved us for a moment but... I have fought hardly to keep this blood palace a sanctuary, most of us know of nothing else... When we finish what we started what will become of us?"

[Cecelia Riddel]

Cecelia watched Jericho's silent form for a moment, then turned her attention back to the papers before them when he seemed to focus on the funeral. Her fingertips just brushed the document written in Dragon, musing over what could be done about the situation. She, of course, woudln't know it or know where to start learning it. But more than that, she would need to start working.

Starting by dusting the chair off and seeking out pen and paper before making notes.

They would need to hear about this back home.

Ramses scratched his chin.

"What... exactly are you asking me, miss Dime? There are a lot of... implications that you could be making right now. I'd rather not think that any of them are intentional. More importantly, I hope no one else thinks you are implying something... uncouth."

[Dime Price]

She shook her head. "With what we have lost... So much has been turned in vain. Lives and promises broken and buried. If what is next be the rug yanked from beneath our feet and the door slammed in our faces in our own home..." she breathed choosing her words carefully. "That is the last thing I want, still it will be the first thing I expect and prepared for." she would hold her stance letting that sink in before walking away to prepare for the investigations.

[Jericho]

Jericho saw Celia sit in the king's chair. Currently, he was not in a position to order her. He left the room and walked outside, walking to Dime to talk with her.
