Jacob keeps his eyes closed and his face blank, mentally marking that Drake wasn’t all that bad. His voice was the first thing he heard. ‘Check on him’ That was nice. His whole body hurt. Everything was in pain. Yes. Even that. Though Jacob wanted to do more to stop them, he was enjoying the brief halting he allowed himself. He wanted a break. Man, he was pathetic. Jeesh.

Soni saw his punch coming and all the power that came with it; punching that wouldn't be good. At least he showed some sympathy.
She diverted her arm down slightly, allowing Drake's fist to fall into the whirlwind around her arm. Both of their arms would fly away from each other, like magnet poles facing the same direction. She took a couple steps back and breathed for a bit before going to check on Jacob.
"Hey, are you okay?"

Drake would take a step back letting the power release from around his arm. He too would watch to see how Jacob responded.

Jacob lay motionless for a while longer before gov My up they were both worried about him and let out a resounding impressive masculine sound.
“Ow.”
Oh, also it was a higher octive than usual. Not unlike that a small kitten would make after it’s paw was stepped on. Naturally. He was weak. He hated this.

Drake was planning on staying silent until he noticed Soni staring at him. He rolled his eyes and sighed.
"I'm sorry... you were stupid enough to run into our attacks."

Jacob lifted his hand slowly to his forehead and rested the back of his hand there.
“I should not have gotten in the way. I just hated to see my friends fighting!”
He took a deep dramatic breath.
“Please, don’t fight. Do not yield to the temptations that lie too close to the humans grasp. Instead reach further for peace.”
Jacob would take a moment and look Soni in the face, fully taking her in. Removing his hand from his face, he would reach for her hand.
“Live your life to the fullest. Do not dwell within darkness.”

Soni would make a slightly annoyed face at Drake's apology, but really she couldn't bring herself to actually react too negatively. Quite frankly, she felt the same way.
The girl looked at his outstretched hand and then to Drake. "How hard did you hit him?"

Jacob took a deep breath, coughed, and dropped his hand.
“No. Don’t fight.”
He’d turn his gaze to Drake.
“Take care of her. I can’t anymore.”
He’d take both of them in his gaze for a moment.
“I love you ma. I love you too pa.”
And back out he went.

With that Drake would leave.

Soni began to reply to Jacob, but she quickly lost the opportunity. Soni looks up at Drake and just blinks as he walks away.
"Well... Alright."
Then Soni would look around and then to Jacob, then she would send out a message on her PT device about her injured Squad Mate. She would then put back on her headphones and listen to music while she waited for Jacob to be carted off.
