Elias nods in understanding. He doesn't begrudge Strike for that at all, it was simple curiosity.
The machine... well, was more than Elias' technologically-impaired mind could comprehend.
"It's different, in that it's a part of him. I see."
That lent some merit to Mathew's idea that Leon could reactivate his Qi at some point.
"So this machine can activate or improve Qi's, then? Not just weaken cells."

"It is capable of diving in and seeing what's there. Generally, it is used to scan and duplicate energy waves to remake Qi's that exist there. Though I don't see why it couldn't improve those waves."

Once inside the capsule's door would close and it would lay down. Steam would come off it as a head up display would show over Elias on the glass viewing window. After a few moments a green light would beep on displaying Elias energy flow.
"What is it specifically you are wanting?"

Strike would grin as he went to the control panel behind the wall. Typing away he'd deep dive into Elias's DNA. Until he finally found the mutation Elias spoke of, analyzing it's make up and adjusting to make sure it could be controlled and centered. "Fascinating. Never had a proper Titan to experiment with..." It wouldn't take very long, the pod Elias was in began to fill with a warm liquid that would feel gooey to Elias. A mask would lower for Elias to put on so he could breath in the amniotic fluid covering his form. Small shocks or jolts as far as Elias could tell would be a measure of something happening. They would hurt, but it'd mostly be an irritant as it wasn't consistent at all. Happening completely at random but seeming to happen only when he got comfortable. After about an hour Elias could feel something new, and Strike was approaching the tank. "Seems your Titan blood isn't strong enough to manifest without help. I had to adjust it slightly so you can awaken and control it. You should be out soon." Artificial Hole in the Soul filled. Elias can now take his true form.
Titan of Darkness - Elias grows to nine feet tall exactly. His physical muscle mass taking on a whole new structure of power as every edge, line, joint, or bend seeps a shadowy mass of energy. This form increases Elias's physical stats by +1/2 his energy.

Elias’ eye twitches with every jolt, and his scowl goes mostly unseen underneath his mask.
An hour is a long time to wait, and even though he tries to meditate during it, the jolts keep him from concentrating.
Finally, he looks at Strike when he speaks, and eagerly goes to get out of the pod.
...not really waiting until it’s done opening.

Strike frowns for the first time as amniotic fluid spills all over the lab floor. Rolling his eyes he would sigh and point back at the pod.

Strike raises a hand to stop the fluid's from hitting him in the face. When Elias is done shaking the Emperor looks down at his clothes, and brushes the back of his hand on his clothing to wipe some of it away.
"I see..."
Strike looks back up at Elias.
"You are making a mess in my place."
