Bigger is better? (Sessha)

[Sessha]

"Oh yes!" she clasps her hands together, pleased.

"That is right! Stack until very difficult!"

[Caelan Xander]

"Okay!"

Cael nods with determination. Dropping the first boulder to make things less awkward.

"Watch out." And he'd try to stack the second boulder on top of the one that Sessha had been trying to lift.

Only to have it not really work out as the rock slides off of the first boulder.

[Sessha]

Sessha's tail wags excitedly as he starts stacking, only to droop in disappointment when it rolls off.

"Oh."

Wait! She knows!

"Oh! It is too round. We must make flat and smooth! Titan man, flatten boulder with your fist?"

It's just one more training exercise on top of the original one she thought of. No big deal.

"Okay, that might work!"

He took a deep breath before punching the top of the boulder, away from her in case it went wrong. Which it did as the boulder smashed into dust!

"Shoot! I didn't mean to do that."

Sessha raises her arms to keep herself protected from the dust and rock particles.

"Ahaha~! You are so mighty! The rock is obliterated!"

Of course that meant one of the weights was no longer usable...but there are other rocks.

"Well done. Are you unable to do more softly with the punching?"

She likes to think he just can't unstrong.

"I will do my best!"

He hits the rock again, slamming his palms ontop of it. It breaks some of it off, but it does seem to be working!

"Yes! Your effort it is showing! Gentle strong!" she cheers him on, watching as the rock was smoothing over.

"You must do this to all stack rocks. We start maybe with two?"

It'd be a shame to flatten like five and not be able to do anything with them.

She blushes bit at the compliment, but she looks happy rather than bashful.

"I am very happy to do the helping!"

She leans forward to observe the rock before quickly trying to tap him.

"I think it is good for this one."

He'd start working on the next rock.

"There is much pleasure in your meeting! I am Sessha. Very new!"

She would casually observe his rock pummeling. Strength she definitely aspired to achieve, some day. Perhaps not the sheer mass, but at least able to lift a boulder so that next time she could actually assist him.

"I like how you talk. It's really cool."

He'd say before slamming his fist into the rock again.

"Do you like it at Cabal so far?"

"It is a very strange thing. I do not know of others with this speaking."

She was fully aware of her supposed accent, if not a bit confused as to why she couldn't seem to get typical speech patterns down. She understood it perfectly fine, but her brain just couldn't string it together when she spoke.

"Cabal, I like very much. Many friendly persons. I meet Lasia and she is troubled. I meet Oni and she is very natural and sweet. New friend Cael is also kind! The welcoming is felt deeply. There is much gratitude from me."

[Caelan Xander]

"Well, then it's something that is just you."

And that was perfectly fine in his book. Hefting up the now flattened boulder he would stack it atop the first one, wiping his brow as he straightened his back. Smiling if not beaming when she declared him a friend.

"I'm happy to be your friend. Thank you!"

It totally made his day.

Hm. She hadn't thought of it like that. Indeed, it was a thing unique to her, so far. There was a level of pride to have in that, even if she couldn't quite share it too much.

Maybe she'd try to teach others, some day. When she had time to devote to it.

"You are welcome~." she says, before moving closer to the stacked boulders. They were perfect.

"Is it good heavy? You should try!"
