"I'm trying to learn how to make a coat. I heard that the other Dragons stole or took their coats after conflicts with your Dragons. Were they created by your Dragons, or given to them as well?"
Even as he says this, Elias kind of... eyes the man's coat he's wearing...

Elias admits.
"He gave me a list of things to do in order to graduate from being his apprentice, and making my own coat was one of them, but he didn't tell me how. Now, I've interpreted that as either learning how to make one, or taking one from someone else and modifying it."
One was more violent an option than the other.
"The fact I've been doing my own training is why I'm here... peacefully, so far."

The guy had no way of knowing or seeing it coming. Elias moved too fast and was too powerful reaching intot he guys chest, where he dangled limply below the waist grabbing Elias by the fore arm before the arm yanked back out of him, dropping him to the floor lifeless. Covering Elias in the blood.
This however had someone scream near by having seen the murder. The commotion began attracting attention.

Elias smiles, holding the man's heart. He bends down as the body crumples, still staring in his eyes.
Then, slowly, carefully, as if he's not even being watched, he starts to paint with the blood from the body, making decently-sized crimson letters. As long as he isn't interrupted, the message is pretty clear.

After a few moments a man riding a long green wind dragon would float a bit away and above Elias. "Shouldn't of done that." His horns were probably the most obvious difference to a normal looking person. |

Elias stands up from his squat, looking over his shoulder and upwards towards the floating man.
"...is that so?"
He asks, smiling again.
"Because at this point, I'm losing my patience with this place. I tried being nice. Now I'm thinking I don't want to leave until I kill some kind of Dragon, even if it's not the Water one."
