The stairs would lead down into an oasis of sorts, a small tent with a golden throne and a few souls wandering around in the clothes they died in. This was his land of the dead.

Until.... they arrive. Elias puts his hands on his hips.
“This is it? I need to kill more people.”
He sighs.
“...now how do I summon a dead person from another realm...”
He starts concentrating on just summoning the person from the statue they’d been at. Maybe it would just naturally come to him.

Rose looks around in wonder. Is this where she'd end up if she could die forever? It beat the darkness between life and death, she supposes.
"It's cute." she would say. It was a weird contrast with a golden throne and a tent but hey. It was...homey?
Rose would quietly watch as Elias started trying, her eyes wandering around in case she could see anything happen.

Elias can visualize where she is. A grand hall where hundreds of warriors feast and prepare for war games. An endless battle played out every day. The word came to his mind before anything else. Valhalla. She was not in his domain, but he knew suddenly how to get there. It was Hel's domain, and it would be rude to enter without permission, however a voice from very far away would enter his mind.
"Searching for something new blood?"
A female's voice would say, for some reason Elias would know this to be Hel.

Elias smiles, not opening his eyes. However, the voice would make his smile drop just a little.
He’d never really had to ask permission before.
“I’m helping Rose speak to her ancestor, but... to be honest, I didn’t know how to do it. Apparently, she is in your domain. Saline Princeton, also known as the Goddess Lyssa.”

Hel would nearly exclaim in surprise at being told the entity known as Rose as just a single person.
"I can allow you to borrow the soul of Saline. She will have to return to Valhalla once your business is concluded, she knows the way. Watch yourself new blood. You may not sit on your throne much, but it is still rude to toy around with souls that belong to others."
