I Think My Arm is Broken (Soren)

[Donovan]

Donovan would have made his way to the infirmary. He would let the person at the counter know that his arm was messed up.

[Zack Asiv]

They would seat him in a room and eventually Soren would walk in.

"Well... Doesn't take you long to get yourself back in here."

[Donovan]

"Hey! This time it wasn't my fault. I stopped a girl from killing herself... this is the result."

He would say indicating his arm.

[Zack Asiv]

Soren would frown looking at the discoloration and shape of the arm, sniffing the air before moving over and pulling a table on wheels from the side.

"Arm on the table please."

[Donovan]

Donovan unable to lift his arm naturally would use momentum to flop his arm up and over to land with a sickening *Squish* sound.

[Zack Asiv]

Soren would flinch at the noise before leaning forward and using his thumbs to feel out the damage. After a few seconds he'd stop and sigh.

"Your arm has been internally eviscerated. There is internal bleeding, nerve damage, muscle's, ligaments, and tendons are just imaginary and the bones are in so many pieces, they wouldn't even be able to save this arm in Prota. I'm sorry, but we have to amputate so it doesn't do more damage to the rest of your body."

[Donovan]

Donovan would just blink.

"But... I need to arms. For fighting. Both of them. Just use your healing magic and fix it. Isn't that what people do in these territories?"

[Zack Asiv]

"We have people here with Qi that can heal, but the kind of healing it would take to fix this arm... I don't think we have anyone with that power. We can get you a prosthetic arm, most likely specialized for combat."

Soren is doing his best to be positive while also letting Donovan down.

[Donovan]

Donovan paused, and thought... for like 5 seconds.

"That sounds badass! Take the arm doc!"

[Zack Asiv]

"We need to get your prepped for surgery."

flash forward

Donovan should be waking from the anesthesia and Soren would be present.

"Well, we got the arm off and saved the nerve endings for a decent prosthetic. You will have to recover for a while before you can get the new arm though. The damage was immense."

(Donovan has to spend two threads with only one arm not including this one.)

[Donovan]

Donovan shrugs.

"Yeah, alright. Where do I go when it's time to get my new arm?"

[Zack Asiv]

"That is up to you. There are master smith's in various places, or you can take a crack at making your own. Lightning Country has a decen smith, Gods, Cabal its self, our allies also have smiths of their own."

Soren would shrug.

"I likely will be returning home to Lightning Country in the next day or two."

[Donovan]

Donovan would look up from play with his completely numb freshly amputated shoulder.

"Hmmm?"

[Zack Asiv]

Soren would furrow his brows.

"What? I'm not a Cabal doctor. I'm on emergency loan from Lightning Country. I'm a diplomatic government official from Lightning Country."

[Donovan]

"Oooookay? I was more asking about the arm thing again. I didn't catch what you were saying... I got distracted."

He started poking he wound again.

"I can't feel ANYTHING. Like damn what kinda drugs do they have here? Or is this more of that Qi magic?"
