A battle? What joy to be had! Mainlanders had indeed proven their might, and were worthy to be given refuge. 

"It would be my honor to lend my scales, and my might!" he would shout to the bellman, or general of the mainlanders' army. He was unsure. 

[Deimian Kyrikk]

Deimian's head slowly looked down. It would be better if he remained behind. He wouldn't be of any use in the battlefield. 

So he turned and walked back to his dorms.

[Joy]

Joy listened in silence to the speech and its warning, arms cross d over her chest with a flat expression. So they were likely going to fight the experiments, the focus of her time here with Pride. A flicker of interest lot her eyes at the promise of danger, possibly death. The beast within growler in anticipation, almost agreement to how she felt.

She could handle that.

Without a word, she would look for her brother, nod inc if she found him, and get into one of the vehicles.

[Rhona Hall]

Rhona would be present, ready, and give her salute. She was ready.

[Cynic]

Cynic heard the briefing on what had happened, wearing his uniform and the mask. He would participate, he had to keep an eye on the Heirs. Maybe this would push them into showing some form of motivation for their futures. He'd load into the truck.

[Sectos Barker]

Sectos heard the briefing and the blue lines around his tattoo's turned red and his face became serious. He would participate, he needed to do something to end the problem his father started. It may not be Mathew's mission anymore to end the experiments since the war ended and putting his father in retirement as well, but that doesn't mean Sectos can't get involved.

He would quietly load up into one of the trucks. His bag loaded with the blank tome and the crystal.

[Zack Asiv]

With everyone who was going loaded into trucks the mass of vehicles would pull out of every launch bay, nearing the complete population of the academy its self. The cloud of dust left in their wake and the rolling thunder of the tires over the terrain as they did their best to head to the objective in the straightest line possible. The ride its self at the speed they were going was two hours, the drivers and passengers switching off on who was feeding the vehicles with Qi to keep the engines running.

Yet eventually the signal was given.

"Five minutes, prepare yourselves!"

Drivers from each vehicle would announce to the others. And almost immediately a truck was hit by a Qi blast exploding, flipping, and crashing into a tree. All the other vehicles began taking maneuvers to avoid ice spears, bolts of lightning, fire blasts and waves of energy. Ports opening on the top of the vehicles and Drivers yelling to the passengers.

"If you have projectiles or defensive Qi abilities get in the nest! If you are a capable combatant download now!"

(In your next response roll a d20 + your perception. If you roll below 40 your vehicle takes a hit, if you are in the nest you take a hit. If your vehicle takes the hit, it is disabled and your vehicle stops. If you beat it and you are in the nest you deflect the attack, or help avoid it. You can also fire back if you pass the roll.)

[Allison Kazim]

Ali had hopped into the car with Preston, relying on their abilities to sync as mages to help on the field. Even if there wasn't much, if any, talking before they turned off and were given the heads up to prepare for combat right before destruction rained down on them. She had some ability with ranged, but nothing that would do much compared to what she could do on the field up close and personal.

"Download it is." She would get out of the car, pulling her spear out and taking stock of where the projectiles could be tracked from!

[Cillian McWolfe]

Cillian was leaning out of one of the trucks when the projectiles started to rain in. Trying to get a look for where they were coming. His driver swerving to avoid the incoming attacks. One of the others hopped into the nest, which was fine. Cillian was better on the ground. Climbing out of the window to the roof next to the nest he'd wait til they could see where the closest ambushers were before leaping off the vehicle toward them, smoke whirling around him to form three copies to provide cover should someone try to snipe him out of the air.


Qi use 1/23

Qi Smoke before the fire - Cillian can create smoke in an area twenty feet around him, heated from the flames of war. This smoke burns those he deems an enemy like fire adding his energy to his attack stat.

[Joy]

Joy didn't care to talk the entire two hours that they rode out, not indulging in conversation no matter who baited her or how. She tensed at the explosion, hand already on the door of the strange moving vehicle as she saw one roll up in a tree. The orders shouted were ones she didn't fully understand, but given the others were going on foot, that's all she needed.

With the beast roaring in her head and orders shouted out, she would take a second to scout the nearest enemies.

Time for a bloodbath.

[Thorn Wyatt]

Thorn hops out almost immediately, sprinting for the enemy forces! He's more than happy to suck up all the death around him.

At the moment, he's not concerned for Cynic or his sister. He's sure they can take care of themselves.

Level 0 - Life Force Absorption: Thorn stores the life force of those around him when they die. He can hold up to X amount of charges, with X being 1.25x his current level of energy, and these charges can be built up over multiple threads. He gains two charges per death.

Thorn can use these charges as a temporary buff for one thread only, spending the charges to increase his attributes as a sort of temporary experience points to his base stats. Once spent, these points only last for the current thread, and the charges must be built up with death once more. Upgraded twice.

Acoma would follow Killian. Having stated, "Where the young master goes I shall follow." He would have hoped in any car that had a spot, trying to make himself indiscreet.

As the car is hit and slows to a stop, Acoma looks distressed.

[Cain Rhamos]

Cain wants a piece.

He dives out and rolls as he hits the ground, wielding a basic sword with him as he heads for the enemy.

"WHO WANTS IT FIRST? HUH!?"

He's very excited.

[Preston Salabim]

Preston took to the nest of his vehicle. His eyes scanning the incoming attacks, disrupting the mana flow before they could hit his vehicle. Though it seemed like other vehicles had less capable supports as they took hits and were disabled. Harnessing the mana around them and converting it to the holy aspect he would see about getting the nearest disabled car back in working order.

"Kiron Rot"!

The brilliant white light moved from Preston's body to the car, attempting to restore its aetheric balance and repair it of its damages.

Rejuvenation- Holy Element - Support Archetype - Preston is able to infuse another with his Qi energy granting them another use of their Qi (Granted Qi abilities do not grant UP on use) and restores and item use. - Retribution - Holy Element

[Kaia Galanos]

Kaia would quickly take it upon herself to get into the nest to guard. There were babies on board and those were about the only things she didn't expect to fend for themselves.

Once in the nest, she'd power herself up and throw a shield potion for added protection.

Zero Ability: "Chemist" - By mixing two components she is capable of creating wholly unique items depending on the situation. Starting with Water and Earth. This ability can create healing potions, potions that raise defense, create Qi shields to absorb damage, and other versatile things. (Water = Healing, Earth = Defense)
