Getting Your Hands Dirty (Event)

His effort great, the islander endeavored to follow the steel-handed man.

"Shall I request your name in this time?"

[Player 1]

Oh hey! Surrenders! Cool! Player One scoots into the room this dude came out of to get a look around! The others can handle it, probably.

[Thorn Wyatt]

The man blinks as Donovan headbutts him in the face, and blood starts flowing down from his nose over his lips.

“…rude.”

He’s dragged upstairs and outside!

Ali and Player One find the new room is filled with all sorts of monitors and consoles! There are several that deal with the status of the massive machine they are within, including diagnostics of the laboratory equipment. Anything to deal with actual results of experimentation are, unfortunately, password locked.

Upstairs in the village proper, the scene has drastically changed. Axe-wielding men stand with blank looks on their faces, and Gaia forces have converged on the stairway leading down. Both Thorn and the man with the sword walk over to the group, and the sword wielder speaks up.

“I take it this is your prisoner? I’m sure King Wyatt will want him interrogated.”

[Donovan]

Donovan would hold up the man in front of Thorn and the swordsman. But he would keep his grasp firm on the man to make sure he didn't try anything tricky.

"Here. This is your land. You should deal with him in whatever way you please."

[Allison Kazim]

Ali takes a moment to copy as many files as she can to her PT! Password protected included, though she figures they won't be able to be copied for the same reason.

She takes a look at the unprotected files, hoping to find more information, like what they were dealing with here and hopefully how far spread these underground breweries were!

[Stigma Wyatt]

"We will not be taking him back to my dad." Stigma would say, looking from both the sword wielder to her brother.

"His crimes were on our soil. We need to make a decision. Is he put to death before our people? Here and now? Or do we send him to Cabal for questioning?"

She wanted to hear other opinions before making her choice. In the end, as long as this man didn't reach the walls, she felt a little less apprehensive.

[Preston Salabim]

"He goes to Cabal. Crimes may be committed on the soil of more than just dirt. I would see them all exposed and stopped."

Preston adjusted his glasses as he floated forward on his wings, placing his hand on the man with his own hand, in a manner claiming him to prevent Donovan from just throwing him away without a thought, as he seemed inclined to do.

[Player 1]

Player One checks to see just how big these consoles and monitors are! Can they figure out where the power's coming in from?

[Thorn Wyatt]

Ali finds her suspicions are correct, as the password protected files aren’t able to be copied without the password.

Player One can tell that the machines are getting power from somewhere in the wall, likely deeper in the laboratory itself.

The man in Donovan’s grip doesn’t fight it, staying overall limp in his grasp. He does, however, sigh at Stigma’s first statement.

“I’m very sure your father would be very interested in what I have to say, just so you know, princess.”

Thorn looks at the man, then turns his gaze to Stigma.

“I think he should go to dad.”

The man with the sword steps forward, eyes on Preston as he puts his hand on the prisoner as well, which is starting to get awkward from everyone touching him.

“If Cabal wants him, then they can ask us for him when he’s been restrained properly. Until then, he’s under Gaia’s jurisdiction.”
