"Well I would need to set up a rope somewhere. I didn't really come prepared for that."

But he did reach into his coat pulling out a little red ball, throwing it into the air as five more balls of various colors spawned in the air, which he'd start to juggle one handed.

"But performance is about entertaining people that watch, to give them a sense of wonder and excitement."

Sessha would watch the balls like a curious cat, her eyes lighting up as he started to juggle them.

She'd watch his hands, but somehow she just couldn't figure out how he was catching and throwing the balls and keeping them rotating like that.

"Cool!!" she'd clap, practically going cross-eyed from trying to read the movements.

[Cillian McWolfe]

He beamed at her amusement, letting the balls cross in the air as he began to juggle with both hands, the balls spinning faster in the illusion, but what mattered was that she was entertained.

"Yeah! It took me a while to learn this trick, probably not the best use of my time for some of my duties. But it's fun, and it makes people happy. So I don't regret it."

"It make you happy too? It is good." Sessha would agree, though her eyes just kept following the motions of the juggling. So fast! She's getting dizzy!

"What is duty of you? Why no time to make the fun things?"

[Cillian McWolfe]

"It's not that there is no time for fun things. But the amount of time it takes was you could say... distracting when I was younger."

A lot of missed lessons because he ran off to practice this, or show off to the boys and girls in the villages.

"I took a vow to protect the weak and all that is good in this world against the encroaching darkness and all who would smother it and oppress others."

[Sessha]

"You need the training? Like the grace? Do both? Do the balancing on ball and put water on head! Ooooh! Very fun! Very cool!"

The things he mentioned sounded like they could double as training. Even if they looked sillier.

[Cillian McWolfe]

"It does serve as a dual purpose sometimes. And I feel like I am more than competent in what my duty requires of me. But there are... disagreements about that."

It was complicated.

"I have proven my valor though, and I was sent here as an olive branch to potentially create ties with Cabal and 259 on behalf of my home."

[Sessha]

"Oh. The important." She'd nod, before covering her mouth with her hands mischievously!

"Everything good. Who disagree with? Do it secret. I hide you."

She likes the entertainment!

He chuckled.

"Thank you, that is a kind offer."

He caught the red ball in his palm, moving it quickly from side to side like he was catching the other balls, letting them fall into the red ball as he dropped the illusion. Tucking the ball back into his pocket he'd place a hand over his heart and bow.

"My father didn't approve of how I spent my time. It is a mercy that he is not here, so I do not need to hide it as much. As long as I keep up with my studies up and prove myself an asset."

She gives him more applause after the bow before tilting her head.

"So you will do more?"

Because she'd be real sad if he stopped completely!

[Cillian McWolfe]

"It would be an honor to put on a show for you sometime."

[Sessha]

"Haua!"

That seems to be an expression of glee!

"I will bring many people!"

Even if she doesn't know many yet!

It was kind of exciting to think about.
