[Drake]

"Oh, worry not, I have no intentions of refusing you, quite the contrary I'm interested to see what will become if my boy while under your guidance."

He would say with a smile. Then Rai snapped his fingers!

"Oh! And worry not, I've avoiding putting him in medical tanks, so he is completely of his own sound mind. No Prota extras for him. So, hopefully this will put you at some ease. You look rather tense cousin."

[Sage Sudeki]

Spike would look at Rai now and smirk.

"Do you blame me? I'm technically deep in enemy territory at this point, alone, and face to face with a Dragon and the leader of a territory to collect that persons son. While I no doubt would enjoy the battle, I'm not okay with dieing. I have things to do."

[Drake]

Rai chuckled.

"Fair instincts. Cuz. But you will never have to fear while you are here."

He would say with a devilish smile.

"Strike holds me no longer. My mind is my own, and my territory belongs to me. So, know this, while here you are among friends and allies. Though, I must keep appearances. I am not ready to sentence my people to death by turning on Prota to early."

He would say.

"I tell this to you, and you alone, because I know your history. And I trust you not to betray me. But I do ask, for now, let's not tell your father. I'm still wary of his games. I'm sure you know all to well what I mean."

[Sage Sudeki]

Sage stared at him trying to gauge truth, lies, or games... For now he would remain on guard and see where this was going.

"I can keep this secret."

At the mention of his fathers games he did know. It's one of the reasons he is so prepared for the world at large, as well as why he hadn't fallen into a trap in many years. Though he would wait for Drake at this point, unless Rai had more to give.

[Drake]

It was shortly there after that young Drake would walk in confused.

"My what is here for wha-"

Then he saw Spike.

"Uhm. You good to see you survived the party... and getting kicked in the face by that old man... what're you doing he-"

"This is my cousin, your uncle. Sage Sudeki. He is hear to take you back home."

"Wait... what?!"

[Sage Sudeki]

Sage would give Rai a look from a sideways glance.

"Spike."

He corrected.

"Just found out your lineage as well. Apparently."

He would sigh.

"Also glad to see-."

Spike would pause mid sentence as he finally gave Drake a full once over.

"Your arm?"

Now Spike was convinced he wasn't put in any prota tanks at least.

[Drake]

Drake was slapped out of the sudden shock when his arm was brought into question. His hand would go up to rub the stump.

"I... it's a long story. Short answer is I had to cut it off in order to survive."

He would say turning his head away in shame.

"I've decided to live without it for now. For reasons that are my own."

Rai would just look at Spike and shrug.

[Sage Sudeki]

Spike would nod at the quick of it, taking the shame on his body language as signal enough it was a self taught lesson he needed to get over on his own.

"Understood..."

He'd give it a second for pause to let Drake compose.

"We have organization business to attend to. Your Family Head is ready to give you your first assignment."

[Drake]

That snapped him back to reality.

"My... what?"

[Sage Sudeki]

"You were tatted and inducted. You chose a family within the organization. Your Family Head is Bastion Thane... How drunk were you?"

Spike raised a brow folding his arms again.

[Drake]

"I mean... as drunk as everyone else. How drunk were you?"

[Sage Sudeki]

"As drunk as I needed to be."

Was Spike's response. Quick, slightly curt, to the point.

"You will need something to make up for that limb. Do you have a weapon?"

[Drake]

Drake shook his head.

"Nothing but my Qi and my fists."

[Sage Sudeki]

Spike would nod at the response.

"We don't have time to properly arm you before the mission."

Spike would turn to Rai.

"Thank you for your cooperation in this matter, we have to take off now."

Spike would give a respectful bow and turn to see if Drake would follow him back to the car.

[Drake]

Rai would nod and wave.

"Do have fun on your mission, boys!"

He would say mimicking a motherly tone.

"Oh, and Spike, I will he sending someone to meet you at Lightning Tower, when y'all return from your mission. They will be there to make sure my son is safe. After all, he is my heir."

With that the doors would close.

"Prick."

Was all Drake had to say as he followed Spike.

"How much time do we have? I would like to grab a few things before we leave."
