OOC: sometime after this, you need to meet Shadow. Later, though.
IC: "I'd like to replace the pillar system with a Federation."
Orion was a bit surprised. Federation?
"If we get rid of the pillars its ridding this school of a totalitarian control, but if we leave it to anarchy there'll be nothing but chaos, if we can establish a multi-pronged establishment where the officials hold power but are in check with those beneath them could we not establish some frame of order?"
Orion considered the idea.
"Hmm.... I guess that would work. Of course, your assuming that those officials wouldn't just go off and do their own thing." "I'd like you to help me."
Orion walked over to a nearby tree and leaned against it.
"I am willing to help, so long as it doesn't go against what Shugo is doing. If you manage to recruit him, excellent."
Orion tilted his head against the tree, looking up at it. He could see into the branches, since the leaves diluted the light. He reached up, grabbed a branch, and swung himself up, to sit on that branch. Orion preferred high places: it was more relaxing then the ground.
"For starters, I sincerely doubt despite how powerful you and Shugo are that three people can do it on their own. Who else have you recruited? And who do you hope to recruit?"
Orion looked down at her, gesturing for her to climb up next to him.
"Also, there's a slight problem with the officials being managed by those with less power. If the officials are too powerful, they'll ignore those below. If they're too weak, they'll be pawns, figureheads, for those in the background. We would need to balance how powerful each person is. As that's very near impossible, I hope you have a different solution. Also, I may not be that strong, but I constantly explore the school, to find abandoned rooms, little-used stair-cases... anything and everything that may come in handy. I pretty much work in the background compared to people like Shugo; I find things I need, and I use them."
Orion closed his eyes as he quite calmly fell backwards, holding on to the branch with only his legs. He was now in the same position that the two had met.
"So, how can my talents help you?"

A Weight to words "Yes well its still a work in progress, thats why I'm hoping for people to help give me input on what will work best, and I'm sure there'll be some trial and error here and there."
"I am willing to help, so long as it doesn't go against what Shugo is doing. If you manage to recruit him, excellent."
Jayr would situationally sit back and watch as he climbed up into a tree, cute, always on the move it'd seem with this one. She'd shrug to herself in silence letting the cool breeze take its effects with a somber shiver still feeling the slight chill to the air.
"For starters, I sincerely doubt despite how powerful you and Shugo are that three people can do it on their own. Who else have you recruited? And who do you hope to recruit?"
The gesture wasn't passed up as Jayr attempted clumsily to get into the tree, she was much more of a ground person and would stick to the first branch, having gotten her legs up over it and now dangling gingerly out of place before she sat on it much like a bench a nervous smile on her face combating gravity for position.
"Well I've got A teacher, Gabriel Seran along, and also David Blaze. From what I'm told they're the strongest people on campus."
"Also, there's a slight problem with the officials being managed by those with less power. If the officials are too powerful, they'll ignore those below. Jayr would think to herself for a moment letting herself dangle in place, her eyes dropping to admire the flowers beneath her feet, the little things in between this seriousness of politics and the weight of a friendship.
"Well anything, you have quite a way with telling stories. I could use your help getting people's attention, finding rooms which we could hold meetings, just about anything you can think of."
Jayr would smile upwards at him, much of her plan after all was not the fact that she wanted to lead but more so inspire people to bring forth a part of themselves into this new order.
"As for the checks and balances, its something we'll need to figure out as a whole, I'd prefer not to presume I'm always right despite totally being right."
Jayr would smile with a joking laughter making fun of herself with ease, it was the best part of knowing people being able to account for your own flaws just as much as their own. [ooc: Alright. Anytime.]

"Well I've got A teacher, Gabriel Seran along, and also David Blaze. From what I'm told they're the strongest people on campus." "That's a start. We'll need more people though.... even the strongest person in the world cannot hope to defeat sheer numbers." "Well anything, you have quite a way with telling stories. I could use your help getting people's attention, finding rooms which we could hold meetings, just about anything you can think of."
Orion gave a mock upside-down salute to Jayr.
"That's easy enough. Just let me know when you want people to gather, and I'll find us a room. And maybe some followers: we're going to need help." "As for the checks and balances, its something we'll need to figure out as a whole, I'd prefer not to presume I'm always right despite totally being right."
Orion chuckled at her.
"Right... anyways, I think the best way to get people's attention would be to have an assembly. I can get you an assembly of all the students in three days. I can get them all to gather in one spot for you, and then you can do the talking with anyone else. First though, I'd like for all of us who are currently with you to meet. Can you arrange for us all to meet? I can get a place if you do."

Down to Business "That's easy enough. Just let me know when you want people to gather, and I'll find us a room. And maybe some followers: we're going to need help."
Jayr nodded in silence, she had quite a few others in mind, people she wanted to get in contact with here and there particularly before she went school wide with this. She didn't want to put all her eggs in one basket so to speak but had a general scope of what she had down, she just needed to get a group to consensually agree to the terms and the means of regulation.

"Yes, agreed, we're on the same brain wave with that one. If you can get me a meeting room, shouldn't need to be too big just big enough for some major players I think. And if you could get in contact with Shugo for me it'd mean a lot."
She was right with the assumption that Orion would be a huge help, already stepping forward with an idea, she looked forward to more.

And don't worry: I do have your phone number."
Orion flipped down, landing on the ground with next to no noise. He started to walk away, before stopping and looking back.
"You'll need this back, by the way."
Orion rummaged in a pocket before bringing out Jayr's phone and tossing it at her. With that, he turned and went back into the school, off to find a place for gathering.

Wait what? "Alright then. I have work to do. I'll let you know when I get a hold of Shugo and have a place. And don't worry: I do have your phone number."
"Wait...what?"
Jayr would react with a clearly surprised look on her face almost falling out of the tree clumsily from the shock that ran through her body as she convulsed to regain her semblance of control.
"You'll need this back, by the way."
Orion would turn freely to toss the phone at her, Jayr's hands lurching up to catch it doing so with a stuttering grasp nearly dropping it but all the same in the act falling from the tree. Her legs buckling to catch her.
Her hands would rocket to the shirt to hold it in place seeing as gravity seeked to pull it up over her head and make things a bit revealing. Her eyes narrowed still hanging there like a bat upside down expressing her anguish towards Orion at the moment.
"I'll get you for that."
If only he wasn't such a good help.
