It's A Lifetime of Lifetimes! (LeonGM)

Elias wakes up in his dreamworld, at some point during those 240 years that he learned to read from Leon's ability!

[Leon]

"What do you want to do today?"

Leon would say from his spot in the room of Elias's make believe world.

[Thorn Wyatt]

"Teach me something. You're supposed to be training me, after all."

Elias stands up from the bed he'd been lying in, fully clothed!

It's weird that he sleeps fully clothed, but he's used to it.

[Leon]

"Yeah I guess I am. There are a few things you need to get used to. The first is planning, how to do it, how to execute the plan, and then how to improvise when the plan turns to shit. The second is realizing that someone else is planning against your plan."

He would hop up fully dressed and walk outside.

"So we will play war. I will command an army, and you will command an army. We will each have 100 forces. 20 Arches, 30 Cavalry, and 50 foot soldiers. You will create a base, and I will assault your base."

As he explained the troops and buildings would sprout from the ground as if being grown.

"Come up with a plan of defense, and a counter plan to my attack strategy."

"Hm. Okay."

Despite how... odd, it was, that things were just growing around them, Elias nods at the instructions.

"Okay... so defense.... uh...."

His basic plan, initially, is just to put everything in front of his base. There's no real rhyme or reason to how the army is placed, as cavalry and infantry and archers are all mixed together in a big clump, standing there at the main entrance.

[Leon]

Leon stares at Elias' set up from his command position wondering if this is really how he was going to set it up. Leon would face palm and wave for his archers to send a volley of death into the crowed of people, having his cavalry run through them and circle back to the defensive line and have his foot soldiers mop up what was left.

After which Leon would appear next to Elias just.

"Seriously?"

Elias' eyes go wide at the massacre, mostly out of surprise than out of any concern he may or may not have about his "soldiers".

Then he turns to Leon.

"....that didn't work."

Completely serious.

[Leon]

Leon stares for a short moment.

"Archers need room and protection, Cavalry are useless if they can't build speed, and your foot soldiers were scattered in the mob of horses and archers. Had your archers tried anything you likely would of had more friendly fire than enemy kills. 'That didn't work' is an understatement. All of your people, your followers, your soldiers are dead, your castle captured, and your stuff taken. Is that how you protect your stuff?"

[Thorn Wyatt]

"...no."

He frowns. He doesn't like the idea that anyone would take his stuff. At all.

"So they need to be split apart."

[Leon]

"Right, they need to be able to cover each other, keep each other alive, and kill as many enemies as possible. Archers are good at shooting, but they like to shoot a mass of arrows into an area and don't care for who dies, cavalry are good for rushing and forcing your enemies to move a certain why, but if they get slowed down or stopped, they kind of die quickly. Your regular foot soldier is going to need a bit of room, but they can fight generally anywhere, they are just better when with other foot soldiers."

Leon would finish explaining.

"Care to try again?"

This would likely be a daily thing for a few weeks, setting up defenses against an attacking force. As Elias showed he was learning or getting better, Leon would add more people, different units, new strategies. Until they stood on a mountain over looking five hundred thousand people locked in deadly combat on multiple field types. Some locked in a siege, others using gorilla tactics in a woodland area. Sea battles, and even open planes. After a few years of constant troop commanding Leon was ready to advance Elias out of a command role.

"You should be able to command any size force now, in most terrain or environments types. Which is all well and good. We will take a week or two to relax and then I will train you in assassination techniques."

Surprisingly, despite seeming to be as dumb as a rock, Elias would learn swiftly whatever commanding techniques Leon shows him. He may not have been exposed to this sort of thing before, but he does have the capability to learn pretty quickly.

Elias watches the battle rather intently, his eyes traveling to each hot spot and making mental notes before moving on to what Leon says.

"I don't like relaxing. Show me assassination."

Because that's another thing he hasn't heard before.

[Leon]

Leon would sigh as he waved a hand wiping the entire area clean, before erecting a ball room and palace around them. They were now in nice clothes sitting at a table while a party went on around them.

"Most people begin with how to get in, how to gather intel, how to build a good cover... We are going to start here. We have gotten into a prestigious party with many dignitaries attending today. Your target is General Carnaius Gilding. Black Male, approximately two hundred and five pounds, brown hair and brown eyes. Wears the defunct military uniform of a group known as The Anti-Hostiles. As you can guess from the name they once preached peace and prohibited violence. General Gilding was once an avid supporter of the peaceful philosophy until one day an offer came through he couldn't ignore and he turned around, slaughtering every ranking official of the organization, leading to it's collapse. At this party he no doubt hopes to garner favor with another faction and take his own surviving faction of Anti-Hostiles and join their ranks if the pay is good enough."

Leon would sip at some wine at the table wavering over a waiter to pour him some more.

"We will execute this together, I will help you through it, and then you will do scenarios like this over and over again until there is not a scenario I can come up with that you fail. Any questions?"

Elias would notice he was unarmed, and there was a Qi dampening field so he had no access to his abilities.

Elias pats at himself with a frown.

"What do I do? Kill with a fork?"

He snorts dismissively.

"How do I do this with no weapon?"

[Leon]

Leon would stare.

"Your abilities have helped you in the past. I have no doubt, but I'm going to teach you first, is how to kill without them. We have many options."

He'd hold the glass of wine and swirl the liquids with a smirk.

"Broken glass to the throat, for one. The kitchen likely has utensils, the food storage room likely has poisons of some kind to kill pests or rats. Hell, there may even be a near by guard post with a weapon. For now, let's go the simplest approach and work our way up, savvy?"

Leon would put the glass of wine down and stand up.

"Now we just have to find our target in this mess of a party."

"....okay."

Elias nods, taking his full glass with him as he stands up.

"So this General will stand out, since he's in uniform?"

He asks, even as he starts scanning the crowd from where they are.
