Rose gives a grateful smile and nod, summoning her own blade in one hand, and holding the dragon scaled blade in her other. While it may seem strange since Elias benefits too...she activates her tattoo as well.
There's no point in doing this without going full throttle. But for now she's just going to slowly find a way to reach her full power...well the ones that don't require death.
