Dime would leave a Zell and her child be after asking a few questions about her Zealot suspect. She wanted to make a few passes with others they may have known before going to them personally. Discreetly of course, if it happened to have caught wind they were actually being suspected it could lead to them disappearing all together. Jericho might be doing his own form of investigation they are scheduled to meet once moreover to see what they might have found together and compare notes.
Something came to mind that day they all came into the room and heard the Dragon's will. Their current leader in place left a lot of uncertainty throughout the territory. However it would not be her fault and Dime wondered if she really was as heartful of a Madam as she seemed.
Dime would flip through a book searching the Blood walls of the castle thinking on her request for Cecilia.

Celia was once again in the study that once belonged to King Sudeki, her eyes skimming the pages of the letters she had written. Letters home to assure her family she was well and adapting to the honor bestowed on her. Inquiring after her now pregnant mother's health. A list of what had been provided so far to the territory by Zekunft per the late king's wishes. Two sets of letters to Lady Angelonia specifically, though the last two were not ready to be sent. One requested aid, soldiers to enforce the peace. The other, requesting supplies to help the people continue to grow. It was the reinforcements she was worried about. So far, the country grieved, but it had a violent history that went against everything her home was. What the protectorates practiced. A premature need, just in case.
Locking the letter away, she looked around the castle walls and shuddered, still repulsed both by them and the fact she was letting her mind numb against the horror of the situation. Not approving, but accommodating.
Perhaps she should look into the investigation? She had no idea how long to wait. Was it until they came to her? Was there an acceptable time before she asked for an update? What if they all pointed the finger at each other's factions? Her hands twisted and twined beneath the desk in the soft fabric of her skirt as she fussed.
What was she to do with this place?

She suspected to find the Madam there in his office. An office she held her own memories conflicts and victories line the walls. Most children that came after her have no memory of anything other than this place. She lost her home when Raikotsu left and the economy collapsed without a leader... This place felk into greed, instability, and utter ruin.
Still... She adapted. The important thing was living long enough.
She knocked on the door with certainty. "Madam..."

She froze at the sound of a knock on the door, eyes wide as the familiar voice called out. Perhaps Dime had finished already? She wondered who had helped her, making such a quick task possible. She straightened her skirts and tucked the other papers aside, face down, and softly cleared her throat.
"You may enter."

And with that permission she did. She wore what would be quite colorful and loose embroidered pants as well as a silken wrap with an elaborately embroidered trim. She hardly hid it from beneath her cloak but it was her cloak that draped her shoulders. She would stand rather stiff and try to be as proper as she might try. "Have I caught you with a moment to spare?"

Celia's gaze lingered only a moment before staying firmly fixed on Dime's face, a flicker of disapproval if one looked hard enough. She was doing what she could to get used to this place and its people, but it was still a struggle. At least this one was making effort at formality.
"Of course." She gestured towards a spare chair. "What did you need?"

Dime would take a seat as Cecelia gestured.
"A request." Simply put. "I'd like to make a request on behalf of my people and myself. If... I may be so bold to ask for homes to be made for those who currently reside in the Castle. True too, our Territory is live with unique agriculture and the health benefits that can come from our soil and the blood that bubbles hot seeping from its reserves is much like what flows in our veins. Very beneficial for medical and health reasons. If we are anything we are skilled to work, but we lack the tools and resources. I would like to build homes so when come time that the new leader raises we are not left out in the cold, uncertain and defenseless. This castle is Sacred ground... but we can worship and admire from afar... I only hope we can stop the sacrifices and violence to finally have the promises we were given fulfilled. Promises of peace and warmth, not a drop more..."

This was...unexpected, to say the least. Celia blinked once, twice, and sat as still as a church mouse. She understood what was being requested, even if she had counter points to the argument's logic. That didn't matter now, though. She already had plans on how to handle the territory's problems, but it was good to see someone who actually lived here taking a sensible approach.
"Yes, i can do that." She nodded, a genuine smile on her face. She had been intending to get them out of the castle, to stop surrounding herself in the blood of the sacrifices. If she needed to reach out for resources and assistance, she would. It would be an easy enough thing to ask.
"I will write requesting supplies, and I am sure the people here will be able to do so."

A wave of utter relieve washed over Dime.
"That is all that I can hope for. We are a scarred territory in so many ways... The Blood Dragon, Raikotsu... I honestly have no idea what he was thinking on so many levels. Even with this case we must solve before Ramses will even read us what his Will had said. I am diligently working but still, my mind is seeing much farther ahead into the future." She paused and decided to stop ranting her hands rested in her lap and a peaceful smile lifted her spirited eyes. "If this can only help us grow into a thriving territory once more... then I'll have little to complain about who you decide to relieve you. We are people just trying to find an end to the bloodshed at the end of it all."

Celia stared at Dime from nearly teh first words out of her mouth when she started her speech, utterly aghast and trying not to show it. It was all she could do not to have her eyes bug - because ladies didn't show that kind of unbecoming expression, and she had practice with it. But to openly question the king, where anyone could overhear them? She truly didn't trust that the former king had been up to the task. Though, what she had seen, Celia was also surprised the territory hadn't self-destructed. But there was time to bring them in away from their violent ways.
"Most people are, I think." Even the monstrous ones, though Celia did give Dime a gracious nod and smile. "I see no reason not to reach out for the people here to have homes of their own." And not take up space in teh castle. even if it was a violent temple, they needed to go. But she would see that the castle was treated with respect once it was fully cleaned.
Some of the warmth left her face at the idea of her decision being questioned, but it wasn't so difficult to believe Dime might think she would know better. She was open=minded, though. That was good. That was a sign of hope and not needed to force things.
"And the same to end all this bloodshed. I know it's a strange place for your home to be in, but Zekunft truly only wants peace for its people, and that includes you and yours. Thank you for bringing this to me."

"Thank you for taking the time to hear me." Dime would stand and say her graceful farewells before heading out the door. If she wasn't stopped she would continue on her investigation immediately.

"Of course." Celia would nod as Dime rose, pausing as the other woman turned to go.
"Before you leave, Miss Price, how goes the investigation?" She assumed Jericho and Ramses were doing their part together now since Dime was by herself.

She turned around pausing at the door and opened her book.
"I have been asking possible witnesses and close relations on our Zell suspect. If they knew of their were abouts or unusual changes and its lead to a couple of possibilities. I am sure Jericho has been observing the suspects personally. The field work as it were and I am just gathering evidence. Nothing definite but we are proceeding as planned." that would be her answer.

"I see." Celia would nod at the report, accepting and dismissing Dime in the same breath.
"Thank you."
