Item Rules
1.) You can only get an item from the monthly quests and the major quests. (Keep what you kill, The Necromonger way.)
2.) You can not loan your items to anyone else.
3.) You may only trade items if it is reasonable, like you have boots that up your kicks, but you're a fist person, and someone else has gloves that ups their fists, but they are a kick person.
4.) You may give away your items forever, but you will not get them back, not even on a seperate account. Once givin' away they are gone forever.
5.) Items may only be traded/given away once. Should an item be seen traded or given away a second time it shall be deleted. Also is an item that has been traded/given away is seen on with it's orginal owner then it shall also be deleted. No questions ask.
6) Transfers from Other boards may ask to keep 1 item from the other site. Other items can be earned back through quests and events.
This is so there is veriety and having people build on their own abilities with the items that they EARN.

Custom Item Rule List
1. 'Creativity': We want you to be able to create anything. However, due to certain issues, we have 'limited' creativity a little. The point is to have fun. And not destroy everyone else's fun. Heck, you don't need to buy materials to make weapons. Just grab a trash can, or break into a sports club's equipment room, and stockpile it! If you want the administration team to work with you on how much you get, go for it, work with them! If you want to suggest a new material? Post it or PM it, and we'll think it over, give it a price, cetera, etcetera, provided the material is good. If in question of what you may think may be an unfair possibility, it's always a good and safe idea to pm. The staff's job is not to bite off your heads. Also to be noted... supplies such as 'water' are basically 'free', and can be deemed 'part of the environment', and may be used to add up to the creation of your item. However, if there are questions or concerns, again, please do not hesitate to ask the staff. Not to say the staff will always make the best decision, but, for the sanctity of everyone's mind, it always helps to get an official seal of approval or rejection.
2. No 'Sharp/Pointed' Weapons: We are not here to necessarily kill each other. Just to beat each other to the point of recognition. Studded gloves? Fine. Studded shirt? Weird, but fine. A knife? No. A sword, an axe? No. Bludgeoning weapons only. We want to brutalize with extreme ferocity, not dissect our opponents.
3. New Material/Item Idea Turn-In: If you have an idea for a new material and/or item... please post and/or pm it to the staff. If you post it, you're opening it up to public discussion. If you PM it, you leave it up to the staff to decide, and you can discuss this discreetly with them, so as to avoid making a huge debate out of it. If approved, the staff will accept your idea, rate how much will be offered, per purchase, and base the price from there.
4. Stockpiling Materials: Yes. It is possible to use up a certain amount of your 'material' and yet keep it now. Why is wood so expensive, when it's not as tough as sheet metal? Because it offers more supply per purchase, and can make about up to five wooden baseball bats. Economically friendly, if you think about it. Plastic? Cloth? Aye. You can use up only 1/2 a pound of Sheet Metal, and keep the other 1/2 of Sheet Metal for later.
5. Purchase Modifications: Notice how everything can be bought at certain pounds. Too much for you? Too little? Well, if you only need half a pound of Leather, you can buy it for $125. If you need 1/4 a pound of Wire Metal, you can buy it for $100. Need only 1 pound of Wood? That'll only be $80. Freedom of purchase. It empowers you.
6. Freedom Of Qualtiy: Is your stud actually a diamond earring? Sure. Go for it. Is your medallion engraved with a Nazi symbol? Why not, go ahead,
Item Notes
-All previously bought materials, items, and/or statistics cannot be refunded. Since those were under old rules, and it would be too much of a hassle to take away items that were under the old rules, you may keep your items, but nor can you get a refund for them. These are new rules... so, yes, the staff thank you for your patience and understanding.
-Prices on materials have been slashed dramatically, so that you, the RPer, can have easier access to it now. This is due to the fact that now... statistics are not add-able to your items. These are the new rules. So... these apply to these materials. Yes, many of them are the same. But, for the sake of more... 'interesting RP', this is how it will be done, until Mr. Asiv says otherwise.
-If you want a scale of how much each material could create at face value, imagine this: 1 pound of leather can create two gloves, one pair of jeans, one really good jacket. Etcetera. One pound of sheet metal can make two metal bats. 1/2 pounds of Rubber can create 8 rubber balls, or 16 condoms, if you're really that deep in heat. Gasoline? Well... prices have skyrocketed realistically, not to such an extremity, but, for RP's sake, if you have a car, 1 gallon should be able to last you for over 10 miles.
-Any questions and or clarifications you want made? Go ahead and bother the staff (or, myself, if Asiv permits it), and it'll be dealt with. This of course, also applies to any issues you may have with the new item rules, any flaws you can see that could be taken advantage of, any rules you think would merit to be put up here... etcetera. Thank you for your cooperation!
