Mental Information

Personality: Very proud of his abilities, to the point where he will fight simply for the fact to prove that he is the best. Has difficulty connecting to people, since his early years weren’t spent socializing, but after being taken in by Revelations, he has struggled to try and be more… social. Often pessimistic, angry, and outright rude, though he does have his moments where his playful manner will surface. Unfortunately, given his lack of friends, this is rarely seen in a positive situation, instead, often manifesting itself as taunting and arrogance towards his opponents. His intelligence is questionable at times, though he has impressive fighting instincts.

History Information

History:
Born in the old world, Adam Rydell had never really stood out in his formative years. His family was well off enough, and the boy was competitive, if not a little slow, compared to the other kids around him. If anything, his life was anything but extraordinary.

Then, the most extraordinary thing happened when he was thirteen. He was whisked away from his family, brought to a strange place, and everyone he’d ever known had been disintegrated into nothingness. Naturally, Adam was pretty upset with this turn of events, and while he had been enrolled in Xapham’s school of Revelations. There, he learned that he had a Qi.

…but it never showed up.

As a result, Adam was something of a troublemaker. He’d told himself he was going to be great, no… legendary. He had to have survived for a reason. But the constant stress of not having his Qi show itself, as well as being a rebellious young teenager, meant that the self-proclaimed Pain Killer picked fights with his fellow students, even taking a pop at his instructor once in a while.

He never won.
