She would say with a smile as she lead Shiloh to lay down on her bed.

Shiloh followed after her like a puppy, her head down. She knew Adelaide was trying to comfort her, so she offered her a weak little smile, and nodded. She reached out to take her best friend's hand until they got to the bed. She gave her fingers a squeeze.
"I trust you," she said, finally, before slipping down onto the bed.

Adelaide would tuck in her friend and sit on the bed.
"I trust you more than universe itself."
She would say booping Shiloh's nose.
"I'll stay until you fall asleep ok? I'll protect you no matter what."

She hesitated, then, and cuddled into her bamboo pillow (with an pillow case (the one on the right)), and grabbed hold of the oversized mushroom plush she had on her bed. Nuzzling into the latter, she looked up at Adelaide. "No matter what?" |

She would say as she gently kissed Shiloh's forehead. Then she would hold out her pinky.
"Pinky Swear, I'll protect you from everything."

Shiloh took a deep breath, and then reached out to wrap her pinky around Adelaide's.
Maybe, sometime soon, she'd be able to tell her.
She reached out to grab the snow globe from her bedside table, which had randomly appeared, and wound it up to play for a few minutes. With that, she cuddled further into her blankets, and allowed herself to stat to go to sleep.

Adelaide would hum along with the music until Shiloh was good and asleep. With her cute little puppy snores and her not so cute drooling. Adelaide couldn't help but chuckle softly. Then she would wind the globe again so that it would continue to play as Adelaide left. Now... It was time to find DJ. Ugh... this was going to be a pain in the ass.
