Drake would turn to WR.

"No time to get down stairs. To the roof!"

[Adelaide]

She ducked into the room to avoid the random as fist from whatever dude bro was swinging. Then looked around. This was eerie... She would run to the window and look outside to see if she could see anything!

[Kaia Galanos]

"The fuck? Did I punch so hard I made a portal?" she'd mumble to herself, glancing around at the empty hallway.

With most of the people out of the way, though, Kaia looks around for anything suspicious. Was the smoke still there? She'd ignored it earlier to try and hurry with her rescue, but now it might be worth noting.

[Cain Rhamos]

Cain glares at the eyes in front of him, his hands slowly clenching into fists. He's ready to take on whatever this creature is, up until someone speaks right in his goddamn ear, causing him to flinch and step away quickly, scowling.

"Your fun is about to take a turn for the worse."

He basically spits out, before activating his God Right and swinging a fist right for the closest of those eyes, eager to find out whether they were solid or not.

Right of Deimos: God of Terror and Dread

If their total stats are less than Deimos' total stats fear grips their hearts causing all of their attacks do 20 less damage. Lasts for the whole thread. Does not take a Qi use to activate.

Level 0 - Strong Style: Strength of the Bear - Cain focuses his energy into his weapon, allowing him to add 100% of his energy to his attack for one post. If not using a weapon, Cain adds 75% of his energy to his attack.

[Soni Vox]

Soni was fed up. She had enough of this. They were trying to keep her in, that means she needed to get out. Besides, she needed a breath of fresh air.

Soni dashed around the two in front of her, then gave it all she had to get through the barrier of troops! She covered herself in sound and energy, launched herself forward and blasted whatever was in front of her to get through!

Power of the Longest Night [Qi Mutation]: Through inner reflection and the energy from the Winter Solstice's longest night, they become covered in raw white energy that does 1/4th the users energy in damage to anyone within melee range as long as it's maintained.

Sonokinetic Launch: By projecting sound behind her, Soni pushes herself forward adding 1/2 her Eng in speed. She can also use it as a burst that sends her flying in whatever specified direction.

Sonic Blast: A directed blast of dense sound, typically beginning from a single point then growing outward quickly to create a funnel shape, though doesn't grow anymore than the size of your typical torso. 100% Eng in DMG.

[Julius Kane]

Julius peered out the window, and his heart began racing faster than before. What the hell... he thought to himself. Something was off.

Noticing the mindlessness of the mob in front of him, Julius attempted to run up to the next floor [4th] to see if he could find anyone divergent from the crowd's emotion and appearance.

[WR Harthe]

WR followed Drake up the stairs while they contemplated a plan.

[Dime Price]

Dime never played video games before but she did see the faces repeat and wondered if she was going crazy. If smoke was tricking her brain. She pulled patted her hood and tightened it around her head.

She’d focus on one of the “npc” faces she had just seen three of and thought to focus her mind to make a mental connection. She aught to feel her Qi connect if they are indeed a real person.

Telepathic communications: while looking at one person she can send a mental note heard by that person only. She connects their Qi to communicate. The connection can be one way but should the other party allow it they can complete the connection to trade messages back and forth.

[Avice Locke]

Avice started to feel like Lupin was on the outside of some glass wall while she could hear him it was distant meaning she was inside herself some how. Someone was interfering with her mind and if she caught them she felt like murder. She had one other trick up her sleeve to rebel against the one doing it. She hoped it was going to hurt.

[Gidget]

Gidget was thrown over Drake's shoulder, fireman style, and looked to be just about fed up with the entire world. She looked over at WR and then back at her apartment, before she started to struggle.

"Shit, wait!! My computer!!"

[Djoser Aneksi]

Dj would look terrified and raise his hands up He would speak "Please... don't do this."

In reality though, Dj was in fact not a bitch. He would turn invisible and leave a clone of himself in that position. With his new found advantage, he would activate his totem.

Taking it a step further, he would then run up to the guards at the door. Attempting to bite one in the neck and punch the other in the face. 

If this was how it was going to be, he needed to try brute force. Hopefully distract the two advancing with the invisible attack.

Totem of Sobek: +5 Eng


Once a thread DJ can pray to the Totem for power, his prayer is granted in the form of crocodile skin Armor, once Equipped the armor covers DJ's body turning him into a Crocodile Warrior of the Nile. Boosting his Atk and Def by 50% his eng for 4 posts, He also can take bites out of his enemies to heal 25% of the damage he has taken.

[Fell]

Drake and WR’s path was blocked by the writhing mass of bodies that were pushing back at them, all trying to get to the stairs at the same time and escape the building!

Adelaide managed to dodge the attack of the random person. As she reached the window, she would be able to peer out and see… nothing out of the ordinary. The streets were still there, exactly how they always were, but were eerily devoid of any sort of movement. There were no people, no cars… not even wind stirring. It was perfectly still outside.

Kaia had a difficult time seeing through the smoke, which seemed to get thicker by the minute! It was a dangerous grey, almost black, and smelled acrid, like burning plastic.

Cain heard laughter ringing out through his ears as he took his swing… and fell straight through the eye. It was obviously not something solid that he could defeat with brute strength. The eyes turned to follow him as he fell to the ground from the force of the punch. They winked, and then disappeared into smoke. Two voices spoke, then, one male and the other the same female from earlier. “Come play with us,” they said in perfect unison. “Forever and ever and ever…”

Soni would hear a loud BANG, right as a bullet seemed to fly straight through her Qi! One of the guards blocking the door had fired. She was lucky, as it was aimed just under her rib cage. However, Soni would not be able to dodge it… and it would pierce inches away from her spine. The pain would be agonizing as the bullet lodged itself inside her.

Julius ended up on the same floor as Drake, WR, and Gidget, as well as a throng of people that were trying to push past him and down the stairs. He would see a man with what looked to be a child thrown over his shoulder [Drake with Gidget] and another short individual with striking hair [WR] running in the opposite direction, towards stairs leading upwards!

Dime was not able to connect to the mind of the person! Attempting to gave her a mild headache, however, and she would be overwhelmed with the sudden feeling of somebody watching her.

Avice would hear a strange clicking noise, and then the disgusted sound of a male in pain… but the entrapment seemed to continue! The smoke specifically around Avice would intensify, making it difficult for her to breathe.

DJ managed to get his jaws around the neck of one of the guards, only to feel it disappear almost entirely. His jaws clamped closed on nothing, but it was one less guard in the group. He would hear a murmuring sound pass through the lobby, like two people discussing something too quietly to be heard quite clearly.

[Drake]

Drake grit his teeth. Fine.

"New plan follow me!"

He would say as he turned and kicked in the door of the closest apartment and went in. He would set Gidget down and pull out his sword. Then he would slice the air aiming at the wall with the window, to send a blade beam to destroy the wall to, hopefully, grant them access to the outside world!

Blood Jeweled Scimitar: +9 Atk, +6 Spd
Description: This broad and curved bladed Scimitar is made of blood held together by inscribed runes with the edge and handle made of sharpened Qi Crystals.
Power: This blade has two forms thanks to the Sudeki Qi Runes, by holding the Scimitar in front of him with both hands he can create a Blood ball around him that instantly hardens like a shell that wraps in chains large enough for two people to fit inside. The shell has an HP of Def and Eng added together.
By swinging the scimitar in a wide arc the blade can also fire a blade of energy off of it with the blood element adding Spd to Eng for damage calculations.
Each ability can be used once per thread.

She places her hand on the wall, trying to follow it to hopefully somewhere less dense with smoke or...ventilated.
