He'd point to a relatively well hidden staircase behind the desk.
"Down there is the old vaults. Anything of value was taken away, normally I wouldn't suggest going down because there was no light and it looks cursed as shit. However, for you I will make an exception."

He would chuckle.
"There are rumors of ghosts here, but I am the only haunt here."
He would step down the stairs, letting his body glow with a soft light similar to his eyes.
It would make the very spooky, very large room with outdated closed safes and walls of lockers somewhat visible as he walked around the area. If it were totally dark, someone could easily get lost here.
