It was the first day of being in the exciting and wonderous Palisade City (or P-City, as he liked to call it), and Atlas couldn't be more giddy!
He walked up to the front desk, and proudly proclaimed with a massive grin, "Greetings! My name is Atlas Robert Pierce and I am ready to start living in these beautiful apartments! I am a meta with abilities that allow me to harden my skin!"
