"It's rude to make assumptions, but I'm not mad at you," She chirped as she searched for the light switch. She flicked it up with a satisfied hum, settling her eyes back on Drake. "Yet." She added, giggling behind her hand.

She turned to Drake and shrugged.
"It looks like I was attacked by wolves."

"I'm going to do something before I forget," She said, pulling her tiny phone out of her pocket. She sent a quick text to Adelaide after taking a moment to remember how to do so, then turned back to Drake.
"I'm sorry for keeping you waiting." She smiled, despite the fact that it took her maybe 45 seconds to do that.
