Sobek is a God of Egypt. He is very specifically the god of the Nile river. He made it from his sweat after creating the world. He is the most fluid natured of the gods, frequently presenting as one of the most powerful gods of order and chaos. On one hand he is a god of creation and fertility who protects the Pharoah from evil and raises cities on a whim. On the other, a god of floods and destruction who can destroy cities and murder hundreds the next second.

The Nile is his domain, it is his home/base of operations. The Nile crocodile is his patron animal, his head is actually a crocodiles.
