Drake is able to utilize the blood of an enemy as his own, drawing it to him and saving himself the energy it takes to form weapons from his own! Three times per thread, he can siphon the blood off of a bleeding or fallen enemy, either renewing himself of two Qi uses, or by forming a weapon that does 100% of his energy in damage.
