Dime would answer the door her hair in a thick bun atop her head and a crop white shirt and a pair of skinny jeans she was still adjusting as if she had thrown them on just then.
“Drake... I’m actually surprised to see you, how can I... what do you need?” She was trying to be casual with her former prince recalling how he didn’t enjoy the formalities before but even now there was less need for them. She was trying hard to mess with her hair and distress to still look presentable at the very least.

He noted her catch, and had an internal chuckle at her expense.

“Always.” Dime answered and let him through the door, there was a slight graveling tone to her words. “Forgive my voice I seemed to have an aftermath of the mass hallucination that occurred the other day.”
Dime’s apartment was clean and neat not an object out of place or a dirty sock in sight. She was minimalist either by out of necessity or by choice it didn’t matter much to her. It certainly seemed like if she had to up and leave it would take no time at all for her to be ready.

He would say as he walked inside. Once inside he would look for a place to take a seat and do so.

“Certainly, though I’m not sure how much was real I’d like to hear what you’ve found. I just woke in my room after trying to figure my way out. I got held up by Adelaide, you might know her though that’s an assumption on my part. I tried to get her to come with me when it ended. I’m not even sure I truly saw her. But she seemed different from the rest of the... copied faces.”

"Never heard of her, but it's very likely that she was real. You see, we were all under a mass illusion. Two young twins were able to put this entire apartment under their spell and make us all hallucinate."
Drake held his aching arm.
"I think one of them has the ability to create the illusions and the other has the ability to induce pain that isn't real... well, not really real."

"Heh, yeah, I know this because when I went to attack them they made arm feel like it was broken."
He raised his arm and moved it around.
"As you can see it isn't but I still feel the pain."
He shrugged as he dropped his arm.
"Anyways, it was Qi, they were like us. I know this because I've met them, and their boss before."

“Their boss as well? We’re they all children from our world or this one? What did they want in their efforts to manipulate us in such a way?” She feared either or but would be eager to know if Drake found out anyway.

"The twins are, but their boss, who goes by the Codename 'Snake' isn't... but he does have some sort of ability."
Drake explained.
"As for what they were doing here, they were placing a threat on WR and myself, and offering an invitation to everyone else."

“How did they threaten you?” Dime turned sharply and her body stiffened to face Drake as if severely offended they did such a thing. “What kind of invitation did they present?”

“You have it. Always have, without question...” frankly she has remained at a distance since the landing but Drake seems to have a look in his eye that Dime hadn’t seen since before it all. Now he was asking for her help and she felt a weight lift off her shoulders and she. Was ready for battle
