History Information

History: Having reached the ranks of one of the most infamous anti-meta extremists of his affiliations, Idris was selected for experimentation by a separate branch of his organization. He saw this act as heresy and, ironically, inhumane, however they eventually managed to convince him that it was for the greater good, and that eventually he'd manifest great power to destroy the meta race with. Despite the sudden change in heart, Idris quickly grew tired of their experiments, and secretly organizing a breach in the facility from which he escaped. He now roams about the streets, carefully planning a way to bring forth his revolution and ideal society. (Will be written in greater detail later)

These chains are bound to Idris, fused to his skin. They are heavy, indestructible, and have a hunger for Qi. Idris can use these chains on an Ally or Enemy to consume 1 Qi use up to 10 times building stacks. 1 stack lowers Idris' speed stat by -3 (to a min of 1 after which he can not consume anymore stacks) At 5 stacks he can use 2 stacks to gain a +6 Eng and is no longer able to feed the chains, once he reaches 10 stacks he can improve his Eng stat by 30 for 5 posts. While chains are at 0 stacks, they feed off of Idris reducing his Spd by -50% until they are fed.
