Once upon a 125

[Detective]

According to the roll of fate, there is indeed one red fish and one blue fish.

He stops his celebrating when Pride join in!

Then he slowly repeats the motions, and honks more slowly.

Pride gets the sense he's trying to teach him the proper manner.

[Pride]

Pride narrows his eyes and attempts to repeat it the way the little guy is doing it!

[Joy]

Fate always did have a sense of humor. Kind of.

"You've got this." Joy gives Pride an encouraging nod. She does not participate in the honking or jumping.

[Detective]

"Eck!" it says and speeds back to the normal speed!

Pride has graduated!

[Pride]

Pride continues to mimic!

"Eck!"

[Joy]

"Eck." Joy tries to match the masked person's tone.

[Detective]

The person pauses, tilts its head, then nods.

Sagely.

It bounces side to side, pointing its stick in a direction into the forest and hopping towards it.

[Pride]

Pride hops toward that direction too, because WHY NOT!?

[Joy]

Joy follows along! She does not hop.

[Detective]

When he notices they are indeed following, the masked boi would give a few more hops before starting to walk regularly. A bit hunched over, not helping in adding to his already small height.

There are glowing rocks on the ground. He seems to be following them back somewhere!

[Pride]

Pride tries to mimic all of that crouching SO LOW, just like hunting or raiding back home. Possibly with the same end result! It was too soon to tell!

[Joy]

Joy also hunches a bit, trusting the person to have an idea of what's needed ahead. She glances down at the glowing rocks as they pass, assuming they're markers.

[Detective]

They are indeed markers! As they continue to follow him, it appears they come upon a small house! All on its own.

It's covered in meat.

[Pride]

Pride's eyes widen. Was the meat cooked?

[Joy]

Joy checks out the meet with a small nod, Pride's expected excitement coming off in waves! Hopefully it's cooked.
