"Like I said, I haven't really been keeping it up. I still work out, but I haven't been keeping my skills fine-tuned."

This place, on the surface, was too peaceful. There really weren't many chances to fight someone.

"Bet I'm sloppy. For a Protan at least."

[Gunslinger]

"You're welcome to join me there, one day."

It'd be a bonding experience.

"Unless you want to practice here?"

"Ah. Tiny apartment where we can fight each other. Just like our first date."

[Gunslinger]

"I'm pretty sure that was romantic as hell."

[Novocaine]

She smirks as she looks at him.

"Well if that's how you feel, I could never say no."

[Gunslinger]

"You've got it backwards, I can never say no to you."

He smirks back.

[Novocaine]

"Then show me what you learned." she grins.

[Gunslinger]

"As you wish."

He goes to get up!

She moves her legs so he can, casually getting up with a stretch.

[Gunslinger]

Daniel walks a little ways away, then turns, cracking his knuckles.

"Let's try not to trash the entire place this time, hm?"

[Novocaine]

"We can afford the damages." she says with a slight glint in her eye.

[Gunslinger]

"I know that look..."

Daniel grins, lifting his hands in front of him.

"...it's going to be one of those days..."

[Novocaine]

"I can't say I know what you mean." Nova says, grabbing a pillow from the couch and taking a swing at his head with it.

[Gunslinger]

"You're gonna st-"

Daniel goes to block the pillow, caught off guard!

She laughs, going to smack him with it again.

"What's that?!"
