Mental Information
Personality: Tsurajin ahs been through a lot in her life, much of which left her both skeptical of and at the mercy of others and the world at large. Although as she grew older her skepticism grew less as a general experience and rather once aimed at those whom she deems problematic, be they simply the type that swindle others in one way or another or the people that seek to harm those weaker than them. So it is fair to reason she sees herself as the one to do what she can to prevent or stop such atrocities against the weak, because it would be wrong to let others suffer through what she had to. However, when it comes to friends and to a lesser extent allies, she offers them enough trust as to not stall any efforts between themselves, making her a rather tough nut to crack if you want her to really consider you her friend. Children happen to be her soft spot, often dropping her guard considerably in all situations but a combat scenario.
Mentality:
At Work: Tsu considers herself a hard worker and will at all costs suppress her desires and urges to act as she normally would as to keep a relatively steady job. To the keen this may come off as a faux pas, yet Tsu is rather confident in her own ability to hide behind her 'work personality'.
Otherwise: In any other scenario Tsu typically is calm of mind, assuming she has not been approached combatively. Keeping her thoughts typically to the sea, as for many years it was and in some ways still is her home.
Ideal: Protection of those without a means to defend themselves, regardless of the costs to oneself.
Belief: People are the root of the world’s problems and the suffering they bring upon themselves is earned.

History Information
History: The sea is a vast expanse, dividing people and ideals. She takes as she pleases and gives what she feels. The sea is what gave the chance for a young girl to be born thirty-two years ago, the estranged daughter to a lonely fisherman and his lady of the port during a lengthy excursion. She was not the cargo the man sought, but it was what he took with him from those foreign shores, taking the child with him before she could ever be registered with name or information. Astride that maritime vessel the young girl the man would come to name Tsurajin, would learn the trade and routes of the oceanic mistress. Her father would give her the name Cete should any show confusion as to her lack of a surname, naming her after the dolphins she often showed interest in as they travelled from land to land.
Come her sixth year with her father and of life, he would leave her at a port knowing the danger of the voyage he was about to take with a promise to return to her. However, the water would claim the man only weeks later, a violent storm capsizing his vessel and pulling him into the murky depths. It wouldn't take long for word to get to the child. Overcome with grief all she could do was drift, leaving herself at the mercy of those she came across and forcing her to commit crimes of the theft variety simply for survive. In three years time this lifestyle would get her in significant trouble and leave her with two options, work for the local coast guard until she was old enough to safely leave on her own or spend time in custody.
There was little internal debate for the girl, knowing that she could once more be at sea like she had always yearned. This would be her life for many years to come, until her twenty-ninth birthday, where she decided she would set out into the world on her own and find a place she could consider a home. This three year long voyage would show her losing an eye to an accident protecting a child and eventually settling in a local known as Palisade City, where perhaps she could find her own path and purpose to make her late father proud.
