Atlas was looking over his farm, watching the usual police come in, complaining about his monopoly of the land that was starting to become able for purchase as he would shush them away.

"Go away! No solicitors!" He would proclaim, shushing them before watching them tag another piece of paper against the fence, scowling at them before laughing. "Alrighty! More beer next time you two come around, okay?"

As Atlas would stand and wait, waiting patiently for the person he was meant to train with, for the person that was meant to be punched into the ground and be defeated with...

Shuddering quietly, 'I am not too confident...' Atlas would mentally mumble, before grimacing, remembering the people that had been fighting against him recently before showing a little fear, scratching his own head violently while throwing his head down and then back!

"Why are there people that can shoot lasers out of their eyes?! Why can I summon children and why of all things are there people that when I wrestle pin them against the ground can lift me sixty feet into the air and then teleport away by saying 'pop'?!" before sobbing against his fence, causing it to violently creak and become an obvious indication for his friend where he would be.

It was another one of those days, clouds blanketing the sky and yet not a droplet of rain in sight easily the worst kind of day to be out and about. And yet Tsu found herself at a local pond of sorts, tucked in the wooded parts around the city itself, not far from local farmland. The ever curious female had come up with, another, ridiculous idea and felt it absolutely essential to attempt it. Focusing on the water around her she wrapped herself in it and pushed it down, feeling the resistance build with each moment and hoping her idea would prove fruitful.

All would seem to be going well when something fundamental shifted, like a gear locking into place after being stuck for some time and Tsu's focus broken. In an instant, she found herself in the air, without control as to her arc and hoping for her sake that she didn't hit anything, anything hard at least. Her trajectory seemed to be towards a rather stately piece of land crowded by what seemed to be the law... an odd sight this far from any truly crime riddled locations towards the city proper... and it was in that moment that Tsu recalled the promise she had made and cursed herself for forgetting when she clearly was withing catapulting distance.

Raising his body to stretch after complaining loudly, Atlas noticed the figure that was descending from the heavens, before rushing himself forwards, his body following itself on pure instinct as he went to step onto the fence.
Jumping himself up into the air as he would take the full brunt of the person that descended from the heavens as he would attempt to catch them!

"Are you absolutely insane?!" He proclaimed, their body having made a definite strike against his body as he would raise his fist and bonk them on the head! "What would you do if I saw you die on my land?! Value your life dammit!"

The last thing Tsu anticipated to hit before even being able to prepare herself was another being, after all she was well over ten feet in the air at this point, however her arc had put her in a steep downwards descent. And yet, after a moment she knew well enough where her  little flight had sent her, taking a moment to close her eyes and sigh before glancing up at the man whom she had prior promised to meet with today and turn to face back in the direction she flew in from.

"I would have bene fine, I had a life insurance policy with me this whole time!", she scoffed as she pulled a bottle of water from her pocket. "Worst case scenario I put a dent in your dirt, but at that rate  I wouldn't have been the first." Turning back to face Atlas, she looked him up and down for any degree of affirmation as to her claim, even if the brick wall of a man didn't display such tendencies she knew the regular residents well enough to defend her case. "So, old man, why exactly did you want me to drop by again? I could be out on the beach enjoying the waves.", her tone showed no signs of disinterest or malice, but rather simple matter-of-a-factness.

"I've found myself a little lost on things to do, and after inviting you here, I was given a small little detail by one of my buddies from the town." He elaborated, before then starting to open a rather simplified map, dragging his fingers across the paper to the farm locations that had been presented.

The smaller inner farm that was present would be pointed out at first. "So, we are here, with some ownership over the lands in the outer circle where we mass produce food and crops, there have been a few groups of people that present special abilities that have been stealing food... and..." As he would take out a drawing of a small dog-like creature known as a 'pug' as Atlas frowned at it.

"It seems that there has been a... pug left at every location that they take the food from."

One thing was certain though in Atlas his reaction to your quotes of survival... He seemed to truly believe that you could survive and even nodded a few times before going to move on as if to respect your claims.

Taking a moment to stretch, taking in the scene of the Atlas' farm. This had been her first time out this way and it was worth getting a feel for where she was before getting into business. Waiting still a moment as the larger man pulled a map from his pocket, Tsu peered in as much as she could without getting too close, probing over the layout presented. Not sure precisely the implications of the paper she listened on, nodding slightly as Atlas spoke.

"So basically we either have a case of some homeless people or a gang?", she asked curiously. Her answer wouldn't quite come directly as the point on the dogs was brought up and Tsu really couldn't quite rationalize how these things were connected. "So, just so I understand this, some meta is stealing food and leaving dogs at each heist?" If her tone didn't give away her utter disbelief at this, surely her expression was more than enough. With a furrow of her brow Tsu nodded, "Alright then. lead the way. I refuse to lead and get kidnapped by some child of the corn."

"Some meta's are indeed stealing some of my crops, and I am not quite su-" As Atlas was distracted by something...

A piece of corn with a strangely sexualized piece of purple outfit and golden decorations including a heart-shaped opening on the area where the corn its torso would be.
With the green section at the top growing into a frizzy hairstyle with 3 hairlike rings at the front and a braided ponytail at the back.

A few kanji started to slowly float around the piece of corn as he slowly sunk back into the cornfields, keeping 'eye' contact with Tsu before leaving completely

"I... can we just go solve the issues now?" He would say, going to lead the way before a few gremlins were visible in the distance as Atlas nodded to himself. "Alrighty, I have found an issue already." As he would lower himself into a sprinter's start before rushing off into the distance.

"THEY ARE BACK." He proclaimed! Rushing forwards! Hoping that Tsu would follow!

Although when Tsu would use her sight to get a closer look, it would be obvious that these people had a small box of animals with them as they were taking one out and placing it down on the ground before harvesting a large amount of wheat from a field.

It would take all of an instant for Tsu's eyes to turn on the supernatural vegetable glaring from the crop line. Her eyes narrowed and skin crawled in dismay. "What the f-", she started to mutter under her breath wanting to take as many steps back as possible t avoid, all before it decided to fade back into the plants behind it. Attention back on Atlas, she would follow the larger man into the field, almost too easily finding the culprit with box in hand and intent to harvest clear.

"So what's the game plan chief?", Tsu asked, attempting to keep a brisk pace behind Atlas. She knew well enough if things got way out of hand she only had a bottle of water to support herself in combat. Flaking the left hand side of the larger man with her, her hands firmly at her sides.

Jumping out of the bushes, a man coated in corn and small plates of ice would try to kick the girl in the face, as if to come out of nowhere as the man would shout! "I am the frozen kappa! I AM HERE TO DESTROY YOU!" He spoke contently.

As Atlas raised his thumb to Tsu to notify that he had a plan for everything, he was taken completely off guard by the man that jumped out of the forest of corn around them, before a single issue came up.
As the man would bring his hands up to block a blow from two men kicking him, they were both equipped with knuckle dusters as he felt his bones creak painfully for a moment...!

"Tsu! Can you deal with the man that has attacked you?! I will keep these two away from you while you fight him, okay!?" As he hoped that everything would be fine on her end!

The last thing Tsu anticipated when tagging along with Atlas was a crazed lunatic plated in ice and maize to attempt to strike her from nowhere. Not one to be unfamiliar with a combat scenario she took a step back just soon enough to avoid significant damage, but not without losing her footing some. With an unsteady hand she'd douse herself in the only bottle of water she had, focusing on the liquid around her and the ever so slowly melting plates on her opponent. Lowering herself into an offensive stance, Tsu's eyes locked unto this "kappa" and she took a slow breath, "Ice was an interesting choice.", she notes with a slight smirk. "Let's just hope it doesn't backfire on you."

After this final comment she threw herself towards her opponent, fist reeled back ready to strike his torso, the water coating her fist glistening in the daylight.

"CALL ME THE KAPPA OF BOOTY!" The person would shout, with an actual ceramic plate glued to the top of his head as he was completely bald, his eyes glistening with water as he would start shouting at his own hands, freezing the sweat before then throwing it towards Tsu to distract her!
Only to be struck squarely in his own torso, gasping for breath as he rolled on the ground... Crying audibly... As a small puddle of ice started to expand underneath him, the Kappa trying to sneakily freeze her feet to the ground.

On the other side, Atlas would slowly bring himself to raise his arms upwards to above his face as he would feel the fists constantly smash into his arms, damaging them badly with each blow.
Slowly being pushed back as he had to do his best to not be damaged too much before he could get help from Tsu...!

Reveling in the gratification of pinning a strike square against her target, it would take Tsu a moment to process precisely what this 'Kappa' had been doing with the waster around him. "Huh, so temperature then?" Her words were more so for herself and a warning to Atlas than asking the Kappa outright, but it was audible nonetheless. Her eyes glistened with opportunity and she pulled herself back, using her loss of traction on the newfound ice to pivot a spin.

Arm pulled back and lips curled into a grin she announced her attack to her foe. "Freeze this then and show me a challenge." Using the moisture in the air from the constant flash-freezing the Kappa had recently done, Tsu accrued substantial water unto her fist, aimed directly for the man's nose and jaw, hoping to leave enough residual on her targeted spot incase he attempted to freeze any liquid attached to Tsu herself.

"Quite so!" He spoke, using his abilities to manifest more ice before he would then simply move his palm forwards as the moisture out of the ground was flash-frozen instantly, expanding it upwards and attempting to break Tsu her arm with the defensive wall that became visible!
Stopping her blow before the ice would try to spread to her hand...!?

Although the man wasn't able to notice the fact that he had frozen the water so perfectly, you could see behind the wall of ice and even notice the globs of water that were splashed around him the size of soccer balls.

"I am the kappa of the frozen waste, You will be my bitch and I will rule the entire city with my freezing plate of destruction! You can never beat me!" He would speak, as his arms slowly got stuck to the wall that he had manifested in his own power-hungry desire!

It only took a moment for this so called 'Kappa' to complicate things more than were necessary. As the ice wall formed between the two, Tsu would pull her arm back, leaving the ice spread to the tops of her knuckles, at worst stiffening her hand some. The following comments by the wannabe turtle monster, however left his female opponent more exasperated than irritated. Taking a moment to sigh, gripping the bridge of her nose with her free hand. "You know, I wanted to have a little fun and not get too aggressive, but you've stepped well over a line and there is no turning back."

Her words were hollow and her brow furrowed. "Hey old man, I'm going to fertilize your plants a little, hope you don't mind." With a slow breath and some concentration Tsu pulled all residual moisture around herself, forcing every ounce into an elongated branch of water, hardening it with its own density into a thin spear, spoked at the end. "Let's test just how tough your ice is.", was her only comment before she threw the spear with intent to strike the Kappa's sternum.

As the Kappa scoffed at her comment before leaning back a little, he would look with surprise about the wall being shattered from a sudden impact as he would turn forwards before then laughing violently...

Empty wheezes escaping his mouth, he would try and grasp towards his own throat, wanting to vocalize a bit more before he would just be heard wheezing harder as the thin attack had punched an actual hole through his sternum and above all cracked his ribcage entirely.

But, With the hole continuing deeper inside, there was a question of why he was lacking breath, as he felt liquids spill into his ribcage while trying to vocalize more... Using his own ability on his own torso before being able to talk a bit more roughly as he had to move carefully...! "Tha- That punched a hole in my trachea!?" As he would panic and slam his hands down to make more walls of ice before trying to run away...!

"No wonder you are single, you crazy fucking bitch!" He shouted, trying to run away, having to focus on his ability to be kept on so he wouldn't die from oxygen deprivation.

Atlas was busy taking the blows as he would slowly build his pace up, stepping from left to right, right to left as his head swerved between some blows while at other times he had to bump himself forwards as he would interrupt their chances to use their abilities.

"You think that you can stop us?! We are th-" The man spoke, just about to reveal the important information required to finally find them all and tear their organization down as the man would suddenly drop with a hole punched in the side of his head, passing straight through the side of his skull and it came out of the other end.

Both Atlas and the opponent feeling cold sweat as they couldn't look away from each other with a sniper of some kind in the vicinity, not realizing it was an angry woman that had done this merely a minute behind them.
