[Atlas Steele]

"Heroine?! A drug?! In sho-" Before he realized what was happening as he would take a deep breath, before scratching his head furiously as he was trying to understand exactly where he went wrong before sounding a quiet 'oh'.

"I was talking about heroes, but I get the confusion... Although, this Drug thing makes me slightly worried, have there been some new variants on the streets? Anything a giant wrestler like me has to worry about in the ring?" He asked, sounding a little bit worried as he would pull out a small picture from his pocket, showing another wrestler with a piece of cloth on his face.

"You see, my friend used to do drugs in the ring, to try and keep up with the competition... And he..." As he slowly pocketed the picture before shaking his head painfully. "Well, that's a story of the past, would you mind sharing with me your street smarts about this stuff, because this sounds very lethal and addicting..."

[Adelaide]

"Uh... Yeah, no, you don't have to worry about heroine in the ring. It's a downer, that's something people take to do nothing but escape their own bodies for hours. Stuff you might outta be on the lookout for is uppers, like Coke, Speed, or straight up Steroids. Those make you feel invincible, you hyper focus, get intense, shrug off pain, the works."

She shrugged.

"But again, don't know anything myself, I only know so much cause I've been around the world and seen some pretty messed up things."

Slowly bowing to the person that explained all this to him, Atlas would genuinely offer his thanks to her as he was glad that these people were willing to teach him so much. "Thank you, Thank you so much for telling me this." He would comment before messing around in his backpack as he would then ask.

"Do you wish for me to help with that T-shirt issue of yours?" He asked, before taking out a small sewing kit and a few still in plastic-wrapped T-shirts. "With my buddies, they tend to grapple me to the ground and tear my shirt completely open, so if you can permit me to, I can give you a blue or black t-shirt to replace the current one with some modifications made to it?" He offered.

Hoping that this would repay the assistance he was given by this woman, with a smile visible on his own face about having learned what had to be avoided completely.
The small embers of happiness in his torso starting to burn brighter upon knowing that even those involved in the drug world would be careful, to say the least.

[Adelaide]

Adelaide would hold up her hands.

"Yeah, no offense, but I don't know you like that, and I ain't exactly comfortable taking clothing from someone I don't know. For all I know you're a pervert that has some kind of twisted desire hidden behind a kind smile."

She would say shaking his head.

"That makes perfect sense actually." Atlas would respond in honest shock that he didn't realize yet before then looking around as he would awkwardly scratch the back of his own head.

"Honestly, I've gone out of the house today to help some people and I honestly think I have not been doing it well enough." He would comment before then checking if there was a beach house or a store nearby, before putting down a small wad of money for a t-shirt at a beach house.

"If you ever need some extra help, Visit my farm and I can help you, from training to needing somebody to talk about, but I've been able to learn a ton from this, so truly thank you, for all this you know?" Atlas would state, before looking if he could make his exit at this point, as he had done his best and at this point, his, what he considered a friend, would be in his eyes perfectly capable of doing what she had to be doing.

Atlas at least hoped that he was slightly helpful today, but he had done his best.

[Adelaide]

Adelaide would stare at the man and the money he offered and sighed.

"Hey, keep the money old man, or if ya wanna insist on giving it to me then give it to someone on the street they need it more than me. But... you seem alright. I'm just... I'm not in the best headspace right now and don't feel much up for talk at the moment..."

She rolled her eyes, not believing she was actually gonna do this...

"But... tell me what Gym you train at and maybe I'll stop by some time and give you a few pointers on how to fight. Cause no offense, but if someone as large as you only knows how to be a punching bag for someone stronger. I think you need my help more than I need yours. Deal?"

Gazing for a moment, Atlas would take a second to realize what was offered as his gloomy internal mood was starting to be blown away by surprise and excitement as he would gasp for a moment, looking stunned that strangers could show such kindness...
Before taking a few steps back and taking out a handkerchief as he would wipe away his tears from beneath his mask, almost slipping and causing it to drop but catching it just in time.

"Truly thank you." He would comment, before taking a deep breath. "Most people that I've asked for help, just treat me like a creeper or a hobo, or somebody that is meant to be a punching bag, If you could teach me any pointers, that would be fantastic..." He choked out, as he seemed to get rather emotional over the fact that somebody was willing to help him. "In the streets is a dojo where they teach boxing, called 'The eternal knuckle'" Atlas would comment before rolling up his shirt to show his back.

"There they are willing to teach me some simple boxing moves, so I can get some work in this city as nobody wants to wrestle at the cost of them practicing knife moves!" as his back was covered in fresh wounds that had just closed from knives as he would then cover it up, grimacing a bit before then smiling. "Well, I hope to see you there one day! Thank you!" He spoke happily.

[Adelaide]

"Bro, what the F man?!"

If she couldn't curse she would at least cheat instead of getting that stupid censor...

"That ain't right. Seriously need to teach you how to fight back or something."

She sighed. She wasn't wanting to start some shit today... but hell.

"Alright, get into fighting position as if you were going to attack me. First lesson is right now. Else you may not survive till our next meeting."

Realizing that things had changed, Atlas would clutch his hands, as he would take a deep breath, knowing that he had gotten himself into a sticky situation before then realizing that she was planning to actually help him.
Taking a moment to inhale strongly once, he let it pass through his body as he felt his body activate, his senses starting to sharpen as he would turn around before looking with eyes of determination.

"Yes, Master." He spoke, teasingly almost before raising his left fist before his eyes to guard himself with a tough guard while his right hand was angled down to protect his chin and his elbow to protect his sides.

"Is this correct?" Atlas asked, slightly hunkered down.

"Boxer stance. Makes sense for a boxer... yeah, guess that'll work."

She inspected his stance to make sure his feet were shoulder length apart and that he was slightly crouched. If so she would nod, if not she would correct his stance.

"Alright. Now, throw a quick jab."

Stepping forwards, Atlas would twist his body slightly to let his dominant shoulder rest forwards as his posture change slightly, adapting to the footing that his new teacher had suggested as it was clear that he was starting to smile with genuine childish enjoyment as if he was taking a deep happiness out of the fact that he was being taught before delivering a straight jab with a dull noise, as he would look with frustration towards it...

"Sorry, Those who did teach me taught me that you should stumble after each jab..." As it was clear that Atlas was being taught wrong habits mixed in with his imitation of those that had beaten him.
