Qi is the "Inner-Power" or flow of a persons energy. The effects of such things work towards a person, not an outside source, or to effect anyone but the person controlling their energy.
There fore, a Qi may only effect you, the user and no one else. It can range from stat boosts to elemental punches/strikes/kicks.

1) No Area of Effect Qi's.
- This is because Qi flows from within the body and it's nature does not allow it to leave the body. It is the spiritual force that is confined within yourself.
- Only a few Qi's that fall under this category may be allowed to have a trial period.
3) Body modification.
- One can modify their body in any number of ways with Qi powers. Such as increasing one's defensive capabilities, or their offensive capabilities. Increasing speed, rate of healing, making yourself a human fireball, etc. If it's just you that's changing, it's fine.
4) One's Qi can not effect another player or their Qi.
- Once again, Qi flows from within the body, and it's nature does not allow it to leave the body. It is the spiritual force that is confined within yourself.
- One may effect another person if contact is required to effect them.
- If your Qi does effect others or their Qi's, it is possible to have it submitted for a trial period. Do not get your hopes up however.
5) Stat Boosting Qi's.
- Any QI that is boosting ones stats will need to have a draw back of a relevant amount. This can either be of other stats the wielder has, OR it can be roleplaying drawbacks which effect combat (Blindness, higher sensitivity to pain, loss of hearing, etc. )
6) The higher the gains in the Qi, the higher the requirements and/or drawbacks.
- A qi that has maxed gain per level will have Max requirement per level, no exceptions.
7) Qi requirements will be based off of the character's starting level.
- There should be at least a ten point gain necessary in at least three categories to attain the level 1 Qi. Increments in Qi requirement will be based off of character's initial "level".
8) A Qi may or may not require a trial period.
- A trial period is issued if a Qi isn't too powerful, but breaks a couple of the above rules, and survives the testing phase.
9) Nullification of Other QI's
- You are allowed to nullify QI's and how it effects you, so that QI does not effect your own specific playing style. However, take not that by nullifying QI you are either Nullifying it ALL ( Including any other effects you might try to give your QI ) or NOT at all.
10) Relation ofQi and Charisma
-Charisma is your all around measuring stat for your Qi. Charisma is your Qi Strength, Qi Defence, everything. If your hit with a Qi, depending on your Charisma versus their Charisma is how much it effects you. (Unless you have a null Qi.)
-If your opponent has a Qi that protects them or puts up a berrier, and you attack it with a Qi as well, your Charisma has to be tronger than their Charisma, and if you dont then your Strengthhas to be higher than their Charisma.
Note: QI rules are subject to change as all QI's though they may be alright on their own, may clash when applied to a more dynamic realm.
