I was just wondering ... the staff/moderators of the school ... eheh ... are they like polled, voted, looked over and chosen or something? @_@;; y'know ... like ...

I believe we will be voting for the school captain, if what I was told is correct... As for teachers, they are chosen by the admin because he trusts them, it is our job to stand by his judgement and make their job as easy as possible. Right?

You guys wanna know the truth of why they where chosen? Hiroko is correct, look at who is on the staff. Hiroko, Ark, Faust, Ms. Kuramoto(Not sure if I should say who this is.) Mayoko. Think long and hard and it should be very easy to understand.
(It still scares me, I tried to make it semi fair for the students by only giving the teachers a 20 point boost in the stats, but seeing who the staff ended up being makes me feel like I should of givin' the students a point boost.)

i think the teachers should have more stats as well as be more skilled rpers. They are the teachers of the school and should be tougher then new students. Of course I think there should be some balance like they level up slower, or cannot particpate (gain items) in quest.
Anyway I kinda like some of the staff. They are laying the foundation of furture student events and Hiroko is doing a great job of acting like Mr. Dom

ok first off I am sorry for double posting and second I am perfectly ok with having teacher accounts have higher stats. But of course I am having a little issue on the fact that the staff does not give us any detials on how they would balance things out.
What I have observe is that Faust starts out with 315 stat points
Mr. Asiv starts with 243 stat points
Hiroko starts off with 325 stat points
and for some reason Leaon (who is a student) got a 1000+ post count as well as 215 stat point.
As of yet I have not seen any announcements from the staff explaining this one bit or how they plan to balance it out with the rest of the members on the board. So with my limited knowledge of rules on this board, observations of previous boards, and my own gut instinct I am but able to come to a few conclusion.
1. It took the admin to allow Faust and Hiroko to be teachers and gave them unlimited stat points to spend, since they have different sums, just so they could come to the board.
2. The reason why Leon, being a student, got the bonus without any announcement is because he is either on the staff or was bought in order to join this board.
In both of these conclusion it leads to the idea that the staff is corrupt in handing out unlimited amounts of points to a select few people due to personal relationship.
I get flamed all the time about how I should shut the fuck up and how this does not apply to me. Since when do I rp with them? Or they aren't that active so it won't do much harm? And why should I care about it? Or it is none of my business.
Well I am a member here and that makes it my business as well as everyone elses rather or not the staff approves of it.
So here are my questions I have for the staff and I want a truthful answer from only the main admin that gave these bonus out.
Why do the teachers have no common value of total points?
Was the only way you would Hiroko and faust to join was to give them teacher account with unlimited stat points?
Is Leon on the staff and that is why he got the post count bonus and stat bonus?
How does the staff intend to balance out these high bonus with the rest of the members?
Why have the staff not make any announcements on these changes?
Do you really care what I think and believe because I am getting the feeling that the staff does not feel like keeping the members on this board informed on what was going on?
I am more than aware that people will start flaming me from all sides. Members, staff, teachers, and people just arriving. I am also aware that most likely I am standing alone on this issues that others would rather ignore, but i am not like other people that will let these issues just be looked over. I want to know what is going on as it comes out, why it is done so, and what are the regulations on it. That is a defining characteristic that I like to feel I possess rather anyone likes it or not.
In closing i don't care how you view this post(be it flame, criticizing, or whatever). I just want answers to these question and actions to help this board survive. I am sick and tired of everywhere i going and see it end up being deserted because of the corruption the admin creates without even realizing it. One small actions leads to another which is a concept most will not understand, and they feel one small bonus for themselves(no matter the reason) would not cause any harm.
Ban me or flame me I don't care I have concerns that needs to be answer. If majority of the people think I should leave for noticing these things as well as wanting an explantion then I will.

Um, I have no idea why you think I would ban you for speaking your mind, it's not like I have power without players. Now if I where corrupt I probably would of been scared about this post and deleted it like they would on 552, but I try to let the players run the board not me.
Anywho for your first question on why Teachers have no common stats, well as for Mr. asiv I was just dicking around trying to see if I could copy what Dimir's stats would look like. The others I didn't want to let anyone know about, but since you have brought it up, I am planning to talk to the 552 staff and see if we can get going something speciel. A school on school rivalry if you will. Where there people come here and ours go there, but adding and subtracting the 30 base stat bonus for this board and that one. The reason I let the teachers do that to their stats is because they took the base stats they had from 552 and placed it in their stats. Thats the way ti was.
No it wasn't the only way I could get them on here, hell Hiroko wanted to just get rid of the even extra 20 stats I gave the teachers, so he wanted to start with 90, and Faust just wanted to be a teacher because he thought it would be awesome.
Yes Leon is on the staff I am Leon, and I transfered him over from 552 since those bastards wont give me him back, is that ok with you? And the stipulation placed on these "Transfers" is that they cannot participate in quests, is that fine with you? I am seriouse I want your answer. I have chosen a few people from 552 to test this already, so please try to bare in mind, that here we have different rules and we will be alot stronger than them if you only try, we have no stat caps and you can fight as many times as you want a day, think about it. They have caps and limits to fighting, they even have to turn in a sign up sheet to get a fight for certain stats. So please understand that I understand how you feel about these transfers, I was actuelly hoping all of my test subjects would of singed up already and I could of addressed this under a more friendly enviornment.
And I will say it again, I have no power if I have no players, so you run this show, not me.
I for one dont want you to leave I actuelly think you kick ass now, because you pointed something out that bothered you.

That sounds pretty much like a good idea. o___o;; Bringing people from 552 over here, I actually like it. It makes this board different then all the other Xin boards in it's own way.
So to put it in simpler terms, you're bringing people from 552 (characters) over to 259 with the original stats they have on 552 and just adding the 90 from here? Or am I completely off?

Your right, but alittle off, we use 90 on here, they use 60, there is a thirty point difference, so I chose to add just the thirty points.

-5 stats from going to junior.
-5 stats from going to senior.
-5 stats from going to graduate.
-5 stats from going to sophomore college.
-5 stats from going to junior college.
= 0.
A.K.A, your characters will lose 5 stats for every rank they were raised if you went by this 30 added base system. Sorry to point this out, but it is true. ^^

But you dont get five stats for every rank here. Unless you mean from 552, and when they come here they are stronger than what their base stats are, because of the extra thirty they get to add. Could you explain a bit better?

Okay... we get +30 base stats at the beginning, but in 552 they get +5 added to their base for every rank advancement. We don't do that here, so like... after 6 rank advancements on 552 it would practically be balanced out. +30/+30. There for, if you gave yourself a +30 bonus here, plus that +30 on there, you would really have +60 overall.
Which means you would have to subtract the stats you already gained from rank advancements over there, and then add on that for your base.
Example this would be what you get for Leon.
30
-15 (for rank advancement exp up to senior over at 552.)
= +15 extra to your stats.
Make sense? O.o

Yeah I see where your coming from, but I thought it would be about equil since, we dont have stat caps and you can fight however manytimes you feel like a day here.
And plus, who would honestly fight Leon right now anyways, they would be way too scared, except you and a few others. Its not like this generation is like mine, where we just went with the flow because everything that happened was awesome.
EDIT: Ok not everything that happened was awesome, Leon losing his dong sucked nuts, and all those scars he got and how he got them was messed up. He doesn't even have his real right ear, its a fake.
