Double Layer Limit
Normally when a person punches an object resistance is made by the object thus the impact does not fully affect the rock. In other words some of the impacted directed towards the object is wasted in the process. To make sure this power isn’t wasted the person will have to hit the object with his knuckles raised, and just as the first blow meets the resistance of the object the person will have to bend his knuckles to deliver the second blow. Then the impact of the second blow will meet no resistance and fully penetrate the object, pulverizing it.
It may sound simple at first, but to actually learn it is a different story. This technique is one that demands the person who is learning it to put his life on the line if he is ever to hope to accomplish it, and if the person fails to master the very basic of the art can never again have another chance to learn it or any other technique of this magnitude.
The only efficient way to learn this skill is by practicing this technique against solid rock and pulverizing it into dust. Whenever a person is attempting to learn it they are to expect that their dominant hand will suffer severe damage almost to the point of being destroyed, but without doing that can a person never attempt to learn it.
When a person is performing this attack their hand will glow the color of their Qi, but the only way to see the qi is to have some basic understanding of how qi works and have enough Cha.
Levels of sight:
10: A very faint Glow that can disappear very fast, like a lone strand
20: A faint low glow that covers fist, it is on and off
30: A constant low glow that covers the hand.
40: Hand is a bright Neon green that is impossible to miss
Learning:
Stat requirement (to learn)
Strength: 20-25 (the higher the better0
Dexterity: 25
Constitution: 30 or higher
Charisma: 15 or higher
These are the basic stat requirement in order to learn the Double Layer Limit. The person would need a minimal of 20 strength, but having it at 25 would be better since the strength is being directly transfer to the object and the higher the easier it will be to break the rock. (The attack does not break, but pulverize to dust) The dexterity limit is in order to execute the attack the second blow has to come 1/75th of a second afterwards, but it stays constant. Constitution is only the basic requirement to start the training, with what a person has to do to learn the attack anything less can completely destroy a persons arm. The Charisma is just the minimum to channel a person’s Qi into the attack (the higher the easier performing is, not learning).
Recommended not require:
Intelligence: 18
Wisdom: 18
It is recommended that a person’s intelligence and wisdom be at 18 so it would be easier to control, and that the person is not completely brain dead.
Double Layer punch: Absolute basic and most important part of the style that the whole technique is based around. This attack is delivering by delivering two blows almost consequently in order to knock out an object’s resistance and dealing direct damage to the core causing massive damage. Against objects it can turn it to dust and against people it can cause so much internal damage that they would be unable to do much of anything.
When performing this attack the two factors to consider is 1 your strength and 2 your opponents constitution. How it basically works with stats is that when you deliver the attack your strength gets subtracted from opponent’s Constitution. Then a certain percent of your attack damage/strength gets dealt into your opponent’s core.
Equations
Strength x Percent of Level = Direct Damage
Opponent’s Constitution - Attackers Strength = Opponent’s Resistant
Direct Damage- (damage X (Opponent Resistant / Opponent total Constitution)) = Internal damage

My strength 30 level Novice (40%)
Opponents Constitution 30
30-30=0
Opponent’s resistant to internal attack is zero, since the person is only a novice and has not master only 30% of his strength is dealt to the inside which is 12
My strength 30 level Novice (40%)
Opponents Constitution 40
40-30=10
Opponent’s resistant to internal damage is 10, is only a novice and has not master only 30% of his strength is dealt to the inside which is 12 but since the resistant is 10 (or 1/4 of total Constitution) the damage dealt inside is reduce by that factor. In this case 12 – (12 x .25)= 12 - 3= 9

Opponents Constitution 15
15 – 30= -15
Opponent’s resistant to internal damage is 10, is only a novice and has not master only 30% of his strength is dealt to the inside which is 12, but since the resistant is –15 (or –100 % of total Constitution) the damage is then amplified by that factor. In this case 12 – (12 x –1) = 12 – (-12) = 12 + 12 = 24

Extreme Detaching (Defensive)
This move is a defensive move that has the user strike his own body with the Double Layer Punch in order to counter an opponent’s attack that hits his body. In the early stages the move can come up short or more of the desire counter damage either resulting in external or internal damage.
Distant attack (Offensive)
The user strikes the ground causing a shock wave towards an opponent or object in a certain place and hit it. Only Pro’s can use the attack, and it requires a tool in order to perform it like a dagger.

Well this is my idea for a Qi and the limitation on it. If you want to put in more restrictions then feel free to do it. The stat reference is just there to limit it's power. At the current level I can only be a novice.
