Although it's a rant, it's more of a petition.
This is the thing. I transfered my kris here - as a transferred item. The blade alone cost $5000. That took a long time for me to accumulate - even having to sell some VERY good items to obtain it. Now, the whole reason I bought the blade was so I could use it against people, with or without their consent. Let's be honest here folks - in real life, you can't choose for someone not to attack you with a knife.

That goes for guns, or any other type of weapon. However, I do know their is a strict rule on sharp/pointed items on this board. However, the Admin of the board allowed me to bring my kris as a transferred item - since it hold a special purpose to my character, and his past. Although, now they've made it to where I have to get consent from the person I'm going to use it on.
Now, how many people do you think are going to allow me to use my blade against them? None. Not to be mean, but several people are afraid of their characters getting severely injured. I don't blame them for that at all. But, if they had the item themselves, they'd probably agree with me.
Look at it through my point of view. I spent $5000 dollars in hard earned board-money in order to afford this weapon. However, now I'm finding myself unable to use it at all. Do you think that's fair for me? If you spent that much money on an item, would you want it to be limited from use? I think not.
This is my petition.
If you think I should be able to use my kris, consent or not, choose yes.
If you think it's unfair for me to use a weapon I PAID FOR, click no.
EDIT:: Now, this doesn't mean I'm going to use my kris against everyone when I have the chance. Only in certain situations. To be honest, I probably won't use it often, only when I feel fit.
