Description of style: He never bothered to learn any particular fighting style. Everything he knows how to do and does was self taught, mostly form watching Action movies and repeating what he saw. He will use his own body to do damage if he needs to. He is also no stranger in improvising moves on the spot. He learns form failure, if a move doesn't work he figures out what he did wrong and perfects the move, he will also do this in the middle of a fight. Most importantly he is not afraid to fight "dirty".

History Information

History: When he was just a baby Dylan's parents were involved in a car crash and as a result died. Since he was only two at the time Dylan has no memory of his parents. The only thing close to a parent that he has ever know is his brother who took care of him when his parents died.

When his parents passed away Dylan was left in the custody of his eighteen year old brother. For someone who had just recently turned eighteen his brother had a nice little life. His own apartment, car, steady income. Which all meant that Dylan wasn't going to have to struggle to survive. That's not say he was rich, but he wasn't poor by any means.

Dylan's life didn't have much conflict in it as a child. He was a pretty nice kid and got along with most people. He lead a good life, went to church, all of that. But as he grew older he started to question the church. His brother was a serious believer in Catholicism and didn't like that Dylan didn't believe what he did. So of course that lead to many fights between the two of them.

The fights he had with his brother got Dylan thinking about a lot of things and as time went on Dylan began to grow disgusted at the world for many reason. You want to what he was disgusted at? Just read the news. All of the stuff he read and heard would lead him to wanting to change the world, but it's one step at a time. The first step is PHS #259.

Figure I might as well come back with a Qi and since I can never think of one I'm jacking Asiv's. Me and Leon talked about this a long time ago and I got the OK from him to do this for story line purposes (yes I know Asiv's dead now, I got ideas to still make it work story line wise), but if that's changed or the rules about Qi have changed just let me know and all change/fix/get rid of everything needed.

Destructive Palms

The Destructive Palms Technique, or fists, or kicks, is a very interesting technique to see in use. The user of this technique focuses his Qi into their attack as an extension of the strike. Say a palm strike, just a half inch away from the palm condensed air is created, and once the strike hits, the condensed air, pops, or as said explodes. Hince Destructive Palms. At the beginners level, the condensed air is nothing, and does very little more than a normal blow would, but has an equivalent of splash damage, only ranging an inch away from the strike. At the master level, it is said that the user may not even have to strike to use it, but use it as a defensive property.

Beginner Level:
At Beginner Level those using Destructive Palms can only use it in their palms, as stated in the name, they are at the very beginning of the use of this technique, at its very rawest form. at this it uses alot more of your energy than if you where at say Pro, or Advanced levels.
Stat Requirements: 20 Str. 20 Dex. 15 Cha (Standard)

Novice Level:
At Novice Level the user can use this Qi in a palm, or their fist. it takes a little less of your energy to perform, but it still wipes the person out rather quickly. It should be saved for a time when really needed, unless the person has a high enough Cha.
Stat Requirements: 30 Str. 35 Dex 25 Cha

Pro Level:
At Pro Level Destructive Palms evolves into Destructive Fists, Palms, and Kicks. yes, you are able to send it into a kick. It uses less energy, about half as it used to at beginner level, it doesn't wipe you out fast at all, so it can be used regularly.
Stat Requirements: 35 Str. 40 Dex. 35 Cha

Advanced Level:
At Advanced Level Destructive Palms can be used in all forms of attacking, head butts, knees, elbows, fists, finger pokes, whatever it is, if its attacking it can be used. even using it for little parler tricks for no reason.
Stat Requirements: 40 Str. 45 Dex. 40 Cha

Master Level:
At Master Level Destructive Palsm can be used as a means of defense. you can stand perfectly still and the enemy can wail on you, and your using Destructive Palms as a sort of field to protect yourself while they hurt themselves. It saps alot of strength to use it in this manner, but using it in an attacking manner yields very little recoil.
