Ok I'm gonna open the floor for new discussion on the matter of jobs and how it can be improved. Jobs are a pretty big part of developing a character and its important. So then, how do you think we should go about this?

My question is sort of '2-sided'.
Is it possible for NPC's to work at a job? Obviously, you wouldn't get the NPC's money, but, just asking if they can? (Yes, there is a advantageous reason I'm asking.)
